Fire Side Dancer

Rahn smiled at her and kissed her as they arrived at Kara's family's tents. He spoke to her softly before they entered. Tan had already entered one of them. "I'm going to be by your side as much as I can be. I love you so much. I'm so happy whenever I am near you." He smiled brightly and hugged her tight. He then lifted the tent flap open for her to enter.

 

[Angeltears]

“I love you too,” she whispered, just before entering the tent. Kara, her mother and Lia were sitting on the ground and Tan was standing to the side. It was a large tent and the three women looked up at Tora and Rahn as they entered, “There you are and with a full escort and all,” Lia said with a smile. Tora laughed, “Just wait there is more if we weave work out side we will get to watch a whole group of men hard at work.” Kara looked shocked and her mother laughed, “I guess we work out side then.” Collecting the stuff they needed they moved out side the tent taking there sitting blankets with them.

Rahn smiled at the women in the tent and waited for them to gather their things and bring them outside. He moved outside as well and waited for Ash and Sol to arrive with the things they needed. A while later they did, using his platform to cart it all behind them. He smiled and looked down at the stuff. He then showed the brothers how to put a platform together. He had them start making them, watching them work as he sat back and thought of ways to improve the platforms. As they worked he had to laugh a little. He leaned over to the women and spoke loud enough so that the brothers could hear him. "You know, Tora, I'm a little surprised. I thought your brothers would be good at this. You did a lot better than all three of them put together. What do you think is wrong with them?" He grinned and looked at the three, laughing a little.

 

[Angeltears]

The four women chatted and wove as they watched as Rahn told the brothers what to do. Tora felt at peace at the moment surrounded by her friends and family. When Rahn leaned over and made the comment about Tora doing it better than her brothers, they burst into a fit of giggles and laughter. The three brothers didn’t look happy but Tora say a smile in the corner of Sol’s mouth. Sol was happy to see Tora laughing even if it was at their expense. Tora soon got control of herself and remarked. “I think it is the fact that they are trying to show off in front of these three lovely ladies, so they are trying to look good and work at the same time. When it comes to my brothers that combination doesn’t mix, especially when it is Ash.” Ash gave her a glare, “Just because he is your boyfriend he has to say you do it better, or he won’t get any more kisses.”

Rahn laughed some more as Tora poked some fun at her brothers. Then laughed even more at Ash's comment. He shook his head. "Now Ash, look at the crastsmanship on the first one, then look at one you built. There is a big difference. Now, Sol, hand me one of yours. I'm going to try a few things with it. I will use yours to test various improvements. They all seem to be built exactly the same. No variations. This way I will know whether it is my improvements rather than craftsmanship."

 

[Angeltears]

Ash gave Rahn a look of playful hurt, “Rahn I thought you were my friend, yet you pick my sister over me. I am hurt Rahn, really hurt how could you.” Tora burst into laughter again and so to did the other women. Tan just shook his head but glanced over at Kara and smiled as he saw her laugh. Sol just ignored his brothers out burst and nodded to Rahn that he could use his to make the improvements, “Go ahead.”

Rahn laughed for a little longer before turning back to the platforms. He took the few that Sol had built and took a few of the things he'd asked for. He then spent some time making different changes to each one. Once done, he put them down and sat back, relaxing for a while. He watched the brothers finish up their last platforms and made sure everything was put together well. He didn't want any of them falling apart, but their last ones were their best and he didn't need to worry.

 

[Angeltears]

“They all look good,” Tora said coming up behind Rahn. The women had gotten a lot of the weaving done and Tora had gotten up to stretch from her sitting. Wrapping her arms around him from behind she rested her chin on his shoulder. “You all have been working so hard, it’s nearly lunch time,” she whispered into his ear, kissing it gently. The three brothers were standing looking at their work Sol was now standing behind Lia who was leaning slightly against his legs.

Rahn smiled as Tora stood behind him and rested her chin on his shoulder. She kissed his ear and her turned her head so he could look at her. He smiled again and kissed her softly. After he pulled back just a little he spoke softly. "Yes, we got a lot done. A lot of good work. Time for a nice lunch." He then turned and pulled Tora into his arms. He kissed her happily again before whispering to her. "What would you like to do after lunch?"

 

[Angeltears]

“Hmmm,” she sighed against his kiss, as he held her. “I don’t know how about we get away from the village for the afternoon,” she whispered. Getting away from the village would set her at ease even more and she wouldn’t have to look around every corner. “Just you, me, Dancer and Rain,” she said smiling at him.

By this time all the women where on there feet and had packed everything away. “Are you two coming to lunch?” Kara’s mother asked smiling at the two of them. “Leave them, they will be there all day making faces at each other,” Ash remarked.

Rahn liked her idea. It would be a great time and they would not have to hurry back. He smiled at her and kissed her again. He then spoke softly once more. "That is a wonderful idea. We can leave right after lunch. That way we can have all afternoon together. Let's go eat now." He smiled at her again as Ash made his comment. He laughed at him and then kissed Tora again. He turned a little and wrapped an arm around her so they could walk to lunch together.

 

[Angeltears]

Tora smiled as Rahn agreed with her and then when she heard Ash’s comment she laughed with him and was then silenced by his kiss. Smiling at him as they headed after the others, she leaned her head on his shoulder as they walked. Lia and Sol walked hand in hand and Tan walked close to Kara while she spoke to her mother. Ash walked beside Tan. It didn’t take them all that long to get to the centre, already people were gathering for lunch. Many of the men looked hot from working on the fields.

Rahn walked happily with Tora along with the group. He leaned his head against her and softly kissed her cheek a few times. They soon arrived at the center of the village as everyone was gathering. He held Tora close and walked to the food line. While they waited he looked around for anyone that might cause trouble for them, but did not see any of the guys he'd seen the other night.

 

[Angeltears]

As they stood in line Tora focused straight ahead on Tan’s back as he spoke to Kara in front of him. “So what did you have planned for this afternoon?” she heard Tan ask Kara. Kara smiled at him, “Nothing as of yet, why do you ask?” Tora was proud of Kara she seemed to be coming out of her shell more around Tan. “Well I was thinking that maybe we could continue our lesson, if you want.” Tora smiled at her self and leaned against Rahn. “I would like that very much,” Kara replied. Tora turned to Rahn and wrapped her arms around him.

Rahn smiled as Kara and Tan definitely seemed to be getting closer and closer. Soon they would be like he and Tora, or Sol and Lia. He smiled at that thought and knew it would probably bug Ash, which was a bonus. He felt Tora wrap her arms around him and her turned to her and did the same. He gazde into her lovely eyes and leaned in so his forehead was against hers. He smiled at her and softly whispered. "Love you" then pressed his lips to hers in a kiss.

 

[Angeltears]

Looking into his eyes she smiled, as long as there was happiness in those eyes she would always smile. She loved those eyes and the body and the man that they belonged to. Tora returned his kiss but eventually she broke it and whispered back, “Love you too.” Then she turned around in his arms and saw that they needed to move forward. Placing her hands over his she urged him forward, with a smile over her shoulder.

Rahn smiled at her as she pulled away and returned his statement of love. She turned in his arms and he kissed her head softly. She urged him to move and smiled. He smiled back and started walking forward with her. Eventually they reach the front of the line and Rahn lets her out of his arms so they can get food. He decides to just pile a lot of food on one plate for the both of them. With the rest of the group they find a place to sit and Rahn shows his reason for just one plate. He put s it down, sits next to it, pulls Tora into his lap, and then puts the plate of food on her lap.

 

[Angeltears]

Puzzled when he started piling food on to his plate for two, but she went along with it and watched him. Figuring that they were going to share his plate she smiled at the idea when they followed the others to take a seat. Then Tora fully understood when he pulled her into his lap. Snuggling close to him, she leaned against his chest. She takes the plate from him and holds it while it’s on her lap. Smiling over her shoulder as she takes a bit of food off the plate and offers it to him, with her fingers.

Rahn smiled as she offered him food over her shoulder. He opened his mouth and ate it, nibbling and sucking on her fingers for a moment as he did. He then took some food and offered it to her. He softly kissed her cheek and took some more food for himself. He was glad he thought of this idea. It was very nice sitting with her like that. They would definitely have to do it more often.

 

[Angeltears]

Tora laughed as he nibbled and sucked on her fingers as he took her offering. Then she returned the favour when he offered her some. Smiling when he kissed her and took some more off the plate. Helping herself to the food she smiled at the others. Suddenly she realised that Ash wasn’t sitting with them, puzzled she saw him standing to the side talking to a girl she recognised as one of his friends. The seemed to be whispering and Ash smiled and nodded and then she turned and walked away. Ash then joined them and Tora smiled at him.

Rahn smiled and continued eating over Tora's shouler. He noticed Ash talking to a girl and grinned as he walked over to them. "Hey Ash, who's that? Also, why were you whispering? Secretly expressing your love? Do you sneak off to kiss her when the rest of us are not looking? Are you really a hypocrite when it comes to being grossed out by people kissing?" He started laughing at his fun little interrogation of Ash. Not really meaning any of it, just having fun with him since he teased them a lot.

 

[Angeltears]

Ash looked at Rahn, “That is none of your business who she is. You just keep your eyes on my sister and your nose out of my business with my friends.” Ash smiled out both Tora and Rahn letting them know he was playing around. “Darla is just a friend of mine.” With that Ash sat down and started eating, Tora giggled slightly as she continued eating. Tan rolled his eyes at Ash and Sol and Lia laughed together.

Rahn grinned and laughed. He nodded to Ash and then smiled at Tora. He kissed her cheek and started eating again. He also held up food for Tora to eat. He enjoyed being with her. Part of him wondered about Ash and that girl, but another part of him didn't care at all. Whatever Ash was up to, it was his business.

When Rahn offered her some more food she smiled and took it. Sucking on his fingers gently she smiled around his fingers. Letting go of his fingers she picked up some food and fed him as well. She didn’t worry about Ash, Darla and him had been friends for a while now, ever since she had a problem one of the village boys and Ash had helped her out.

Rahn smiled and ate the food Tora offered him. He again sucked lightly on her fingers. They fed eachother until the were done lunch. Rahn looked at the others who were also finishing. Tan and Kara seemed to be talking about guitar lessons. Sol and Lia seemed to be preparing to spend time together. That meant that Tora and Rahn would be able to go off on their own. It would be a great time.
