Fire Side Dancer

Rahn smiled as he swam away from Tora. She tried splashing him and got him a couple times. Then she swam away. Rahn grinned and stayed away from her for a little. He washed out his hair and cleaned off any dirt remaining not simply washed away. Then he turned back to Tora and grinned. He went underwater for a second. When he came up he was face down and motionless. He let himself float down river to Tora like that.

 

[Angeltears]

While they were apart Tora floated around for a while. Driving under the water every so often and then washing herself as she did. Looking over at Rahn she saw him go under the water. Turning her head she looked to make sure the horses were still there. Then turning back to Rahn, she saw him floating towards her face down. Tora froze there and watched as he continued to remain motionless Tora started to panic. “Rahn, Rahn,” she cried out swimming the distance between him and her. Grabbing hold of him she tried to pull him up. “Rahn.”

Rahn floated slowly and could feel the water move when Tora neared. He was almost out of breath when she grabbed him. As soon as she did he popped up and took a big breath of air. He grabbed her and pulled her into his arms. He smiled at her. He waited until she got over the surprise of him popping up unexpectedly. Before she could get mad at him he kissed her deeply.

 

[Angeltears]

Tora gasped as he popped up and pulled her into his arms. Caught by surprise she looked at him realising that he had been pretending. When the surprise faded she started to get annoyed. “Wh…………” she didn’t get to finish what she was going to say because he kissed her. At first she was stiff in his arms still angry with him but as the kiss continued she slowly relaxed and started to return his kiss.

Rahn smiled into the kiss when he felt Tora relax. He was fairly sure she would still be annoyed when he released her. He moved them toward the shore as he passionately kissed her. When they got to the shore he pulled back slowly. As soon as his lips were free from hers he moved quickly out of her arms. He ran and grabbed his clothes, whistling for Rain as he went. He was nervous she might hit him for scaring her like that. Once he had his clothes he leapt onto Rain's back and prepared for a quick getaway.

Tora felt him moving them towards the shore but she didn’t care just as long as he kept kissing her. When his lips left hers she sighed and took a breath, ready to yell at him for scaring her like that. But she was taken by surprise again as he quickly ran up the shore and grabbed his clothes. It took her a couple of seconds to realise what was happening. “Hey,” she said and ran up the shore after him, grabbing her clothes. “How dare you scare me like that!” she yelled at him. She started putting her clothes on and called Dancer to her side grumbling at him the whole time. Once she was dressed again she pulled herself onto Dancers back and slowly road towards him. Oh she was going to hit him hard for the scare he gave her.

Rahn smiled at her from on top of Rains back while she got dressed. He took the opportunity to get dressed as well. It was a little awkward on the horse's back, but he got the clothes on. When Tora got onto Dancer's back he got Rain backing away. She seemed quite angry at him. He could tell she would hit him. He smiled at her and decided to try something. He had Rain quickly go over to Tora and dancer. He then leaned over and turned his shoulder to let her hit his arm. Maybe if he didn't run away, she wouldn't hit him as hard. He also was a little sorry for scaring her and knew she had every right to be mad and hit him.

Watching as Rahn got Rain to back away from her as she urged Dancer forward, she muttered about him not being able to get way from her. When he smiled at her she didn’t return his smile she still was quite angry. Then he surprised her as he came forward, if he tried to kiss her again she was going to hit him while he kissed her. But when he turned her shoulder to her she looked at him puzzled. Shaking her head at him she punched but not to hard at all. “Don’t do it again,” she said and then urged Dancer forward into the forest.

Rahn smiled when she hit him. It was not too hard. He then laughed a little as she told him not to do it again. He got Rain to ride along next to her and he smiled. "I wont. I just wanted to have a little fun. I'm sorry for scaring you. Now, you can't stay mad at me, can you?" He smiled sweetly and leaned part way over to her. He hoped she would forgive him and lean the rest of the way to kiss him, but he would understand if she didn't.

She heard him laugh behind her but she didn’t look back. Hearing him ride beside her she kept her face forward. When he made his apology and then asked about her staying angry with him, she didn’t say anything for a while but her eyes flicked over to him. Seeing him leaning over to her she tried not to smile at him and pretend to be angry with him. With a loud sigh she leaned over and kissed him on the cheek and then went to pull away. But before she pulled all the way back she quickly leaned forward and kissed him quickly on his lips. “Your not completely forgiven,” she lied trying to hide her smile.

Rahn stayed leaning over as she seemed to ignore him. He knew she would give in eventually. She did. She leaned in and kissed his cheek, then quickly kissed his lips. He smiled as she sat back up properly. He did too. He grinned when she said he was not completely forgiven. He then gave a small laugh and got Rain going a bit faster.

Tora raised an eyebrow at him when he laughed and then saw Rain move faster. Not able to stop herself from smiling she urged Dancer on faster as well until she was in front of Rain. She could pretend to be annoyed with him as much as she wanted but she wasn’t going to let him beat her in a race. Living with brothers she had a bad habit of not being able to refuse a challenge.

Rahn smiled and laughed more as they gradually went faster and faster, trading the lead a few times. Eventually they were in a flat out race home. Tora was ahead and Rahn grinned. He had Rain follow her closely, but let her reach the stable first. After they dismounted he smiled at her. "Can the loser get a consolation prize from the winner? Maybe a little pity kiss for comeing close to beating you?" He gave a small faked pout before smiling again.

Slowly Tora forgot about being mad and just enjoyed the ride. Smiling as she rode and as soon as they where free of the trees, she kicked Dancer to go as fast as she could. Her hair flowing behind her as they rode, she was no longer racing though she wouldn’t let Rahn know that she was just riding. When they reached the stables Tora was still smiling and when she dismounted she looked over at Rahn. “Your as bad as my brothers you know,” she said as she led Dancer into the stables, turning her back on him. “I suppose I could give you your requested prize,” she said once both horses had been seen too. Coming over to him she wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him deeply.

Rahn grinned as they got back and she bugged him about losing. Once teh horses were dealt with he was happy when she decided to agree to his request for a consolation prize. She wrapped her arms around him and he did the same. She kissed him deeply and he returned the kiss with passion. He held her tight to his body, loving every moment of the kiss.

Tora loved kissing Rahn, it felt like nothing else mattered or existed when they kissed. Rahn had been right she couldn't stay angry at him for very long, one advantage he had over her brothers. "Do you know how much I love you, even when you scare me so?" she whispered against his lips and then pulled back slightly so they were nose to nose.

Rahn happily kissed her. He loved the passion. They pulled back just a little and he smiled. He didn't have to think for long to give an answer to her. He spoke softly and smiled. "If you feel anything like the way I do, then it is more than anything, even when I scare you. I am sorry about that. I won't do it again." He then gave her a quick soft kiss to seal the promise.

 

[Angeltears]

“I know and I am sorry I got so mad at you,” she said leaning her forehead against his. “As much as I would like to stay here like this with you like this. I think we had better head to the centre and see if any of the others are around. They should start on dinner soon and I should help.”

Rahn smiled as she appoligised for being mad. He didn't mind, she had every right to be mad. then she suggested they go to the middle of the camp. He nodded in agreement. He turned and held her close as they walked. "I think I will help you with dinner. I can do some simple things. Remember, you need to stay with me or your brothers all the time until we are sure you are safe from those other men.

 

[Angeltears]

“I remember,” she said smiling up at him as they walked. “Your help would be much appreciated. The women usually love it when a young handsome man comes along and helps out with dinner, but usually dinner takes a little longer to organise because of it,” Tora laughed as she said this. As they neared the centre Tora saw the women start to gather to organise dinner, she saw Kara and Lia talking as they gathered with the other women.

Rahn smiled and laughed a little. He kissed her cheek and leaned his head in against hers. "You know, I am not completely useless with cooking. I lived alone in the wilderness with my mother. I learned a thing or two that most men don't. Just don't make me do too much." He looked around as they neared the center of the village. He kissed Tora's cheek again before they joined the group.

 

[Angeltears]

“I am not saying you’re useless,” she said as they joined the group. “I am saying that the women here will spend more time looking at you than they will work,” she whispered. Taking two of the knives she handed one to Rahn, “You can chop, can’t you?” she said joking. Taking some of the vegetables that were from the fields, she started chopping.

Rahn laughed a little and took the knife from her. He grabbed some vegetables and started chopping. As he did he leaned in close to Tora. He kissed her ear and spoke softly. "You know, you could stop them from staring if you make sure they know I'm taken. It might also be fun too. Never know what might work."

 

[Angeltears]

Looking around as he whispered she saw some of the women watching him. Tightening her grip on the knife she turned her head and whispered back, “They can look and that’s all. But if they touch then I will have issues with it,” as she said this she started chopping harder. Then she sighed and kissed his cheek, “How should I let them know that your all mine?”

Rahn grinned as she seemed very defensive of him. He liked seeing that. He laughed a little when she said they could look but not touch. She chopped the veggies harder and he laughed a little more. She kissed his cheek and he smiled at her. She asked how to let them know he was all hers. He kissed her again and spoke softly. "How about a really hot kiss. As for them not touching, I won't let them touch. You don't need to worry about that. I know I am all yours."
