Fire Side Dancer

Rahn let out a small noise that would have been described best as moan. He really liked the feeling of her tongue playing with his and her hands on his back. His hands caressed her back while still holding her close. He put all his love and passion for her into the kiss. His eyes closed and he relaxed.

Tora heard the sound of his moan and smiled as she felt his hands caressing her back. As they kissed she could tell he was putting all his love into the kiss and so did she. One of her hands slide up his back and then around to his side and up his chest. Then up her hand along his neck and sliding into his hair behind his head.

Rahn felt her returning the kiss with all her love. It was absolutely wonderful. It was a sweet kiss and he loved her more than anything. He hands slid over his body and he relaxed. He leaned back against something placed to sit in front of the fire. He brought her with him. It helped him relax even more.

As Rahn leaned back she felt him pull her back to and leaned against him. As they kissed and relaxed there, Tora felt content as she had never felt before. Rahn and her had the blessing of the elders and they had shared their love for each other and made love. What more could someone ask for in life, there was one more thing but that was long in the future to think of right now.

Rahn felt as if he must be the happiest man in the world. He kissed Tora for a while longer. When it was time for dinner he reluctantly pulled back and smiled at her. He kissed her nose, cheek, then forehead. He then got up and helped her up as well. They walked off with the crowd of people to get dinner.

Tora smiled and sighed as Rahn kissed around her face. Taking his hand when he helped her up and wrapped her arm around him as they joined the dinner crowd. As they stood in line to get food, she saw her brothers with the two girls chatting as they lined up. “Shall we eat alone or with family this afternoon?” she asked as she kissed his cheek.

Rahn smiled as they stood in line. Tora had har arm around him and he put his hand over hers. He rubbed it softly. He noticed her brothers with Kara and Lia. Tora asked whether they should eat with them and kissed his cheek. He smiled and turned to kiss her softly. "I think we should eat with them. I don't want to steal them away from you completely."

“Okay, But I am sure stealing me away from them every so often won’t bother them. They think I am annoying some times remember, well at least Tan and Ash does,” she said with a smile. Looking over at her family she smiled at them. She loved them and Rahn and this was her family now all of them. They got to the front of the line, she collected food for dinner for the both of them. Then she headed over to her brothers.

Rahn smiled and laughed a little when she basicly told him to steal her away from her brothers sometimes. He already had for the entire afternoon. He was glad he had. That had been the most wonderful afternoon of his life.

He let her grab the food for them and he walked with his arm around her over to her brothers and the other girls. They sat and Rahn held Tora close and took one of the plates of food. He kissed her cheek softly and waited for the others to greet them.

“It would seem that the two love birds have come back to us,” Ash said as they all sat down. Sol hit him in the back of the head and Ash winced, “Leave them alone, with you around I understand why they would need some time away.” Lia nodded and giggled. Tan shook his head and smiled as Kara giggled. “How was your afternoon?” Tan finally asked the both of them.

Rahn softly kissed Tora and smiled. He laughed when Sol hit Ash and definitely knew what he was saying. Tan asked how their afternoon was and he turned to smile at Tora again. He kissed her lips softly. He then turned back to Tan. "Our afternoon was nice. We went for a nice ride through the forest. Had a little race through the trees. She is a better rider than you three."

When Rahn kissed her and then answered Tan’s question she just smiled at him. Sol laughed, “Tora has always been better on a horse than any of us. I think it has to do with her dancing.” Tora shrugged, “I know movement that’s all.” Eating she leaned against Rahn. “Well it’s a good thing you two joined us,” Tan said between mouthfuls of food. “We were planning on leaving for the market either the day after tomorrow or the next. We where wondering if that was okay with you and if you where coming with us Rahn?”

Rahn smiled and laughed a little as they didn't argue that Tora was a better rider. He leaned his head against Tora's as she leaned against him. Then Tan explained they were palnning their trip to the market. He nodded and smiled when they asked if he was joining them. He kissed Tora's cheek before answering. "You've seen how much time I spend with her. Do you really think I could survive being away from her while you go to the market? I'm definitely going with you. The elders want to try selling some of my platforms anyway. Maybe the village can start making them and getting them sold at the market."

“We figured as much,” Tan said with a laugh. “Well then we will spend tomorrow preparing for the trip it will take us a day or so to get to the markets. If we leave first thing in the morning we should make time,” Tan said filling in Rahn on what will happen. “Kara’s family will be travelling with us and Lia has decided to come along as well. What we will do is take what we can of your platforms and see how they go.” Tara looked over at Kara and smiled, “Lets perform together that way we could more likely bring in more and it will be fun.” Kara nodded agreeing.

Rahn listened to the plan. It sounded like it would be a nice group trip. He looked forward to the time with Tora. It would also be a good time to connect with her brothers. The more he got to know them and the more they liked him, the sooner he could tell them he and Tora already had the blessing of the elders.

He ate as they talked and held Tora close. It was nice. He thought of which platforms to bring with them. He also figured if they used the platforms to bring their stuff into the market, people would see them in action and be interested in them. It would increase their chances of selling them.

Tora rested against Rahn smiling. The trip to the market was going to be great. With Rahn selling his platforms, Kara, herself and the brothers performing then they should be able to get a lot of supplies and stuff they needed.

Tora was just finishing her dinner when she looked up and saw Kelt and his group walking past them. She froze against Rahn as her eyes met Kelt's, he smiled at her and she knew something was wrong. Don’t let him see you scared, she told herself and glared at him the best she could. He laughed and walked on.

Rahn smiled happily. He had something nice to look forard to. He felt Tora seem to freeze. He looked up and noticed the men who's been creating trouble for them the entire time. One of them smiled at Tora. A few moments later he laughed and continued going. It made Rahn uneasy. The men had passed behind the brothers and Rahn looked at them. He spoke softly so those men would not hear him at all. "All of us need to stick with Tora tonight and until we leave for the market. Don't ask why, but I have a bad feeling about it. We need to stick together as a group. All seven of us. If they can't get to Tora and we are all with her, they might decide to go for one of our friends, so I'm thinking the three girls in one tent and us sleeping in shifts tonight, two resting, two keeping watch. Just so we are safe."

The brothers heard the laughter and had watched the group walk past them, Ash was the only other one than Rahn that could watch as they passed, behind the others. When they were gone he looked at Tora and understood instantly but kept his mouth shut as Rahn spoke. The group listened to Rahn and Ash nodded instantly. Sol looked at Lia beside him kissed her, whispering, “So I know your safe.” Lia nodded and he turned back to Rahn, “Okay.” Tan looked at the confused Kara and nodded. Tora smiled at Kara even though she didn’t feel like smiling. “Just think about how much fun the three of us can have tonight,” Kara returned Tora’s smile and nodded but she still looked worried. Tora turned her head and rested it on Rahn’s shoulder so her forehead rested against his neck. “This all seems too much,” she whispered low enough so only he could hear her.

Rahn smiled and nodded as the brothers seemed to agree with him. They had heard the laugh and Ash had seen the men. Kara looked worried and Tora seemed to be trying to make it seem better than it was. She turned and leaned against him. She spoke softly and he knew exactly what she meant. He placed his hand beneath her shin and lifted her head so they looked into eachothers eyes. He spoke quietly so the others could not hear as she had done when she spoke to him. "I know it seems that way. This is for the best. It will all be better when we can tell your brothers about the blessing. Then other men would not dare bother you. Until then, I don't want to see you getting hurt in any way at all. Please do your best to get through it, it is all to keep you safe."

Tora looked up at him when he lifted her head, meeting his eyes. "I know but it feels like we all have to suffer for something I have done wrong. I don't think I did anything wrong Rahn, so why does this have to happen?" Still keeping her voice low she was torn between being angry at the men and upset that Lia and Kara had to be dragged into it. If any of them touch or hurt Lia or Kara she would take what she has learnt from her brothers and put it into practice. The same went for the boys, if something happened to Rahn or her brothers because of this she wouldn't sit there and let them laugh at her.

Ash looked over at his sister as she seemed to be speaking very quietly with Rahn. He wondered if she would dance tonight, he wouldn't blame her if she didn't. But he stood up and smiled down at them all as the group looked up at him, "Well I am thinking of taking all the plates over to be cleaned if you are all done. So I earn points saving these three lovely ladies from having to move. Then I was going to get my drums. Sol did you want me to get yours as well or did you want to come for a walk?" Sol looked up at Ash and then nodded, "A walk sounds good to me, any way I rather not have you rummaging through my tent." Taking Lia's plate he kissed her and then stood up, "Be back soon, Ash needs some one to hold his hand." The two brothers heading off once they had every one's plate.

Rahn looked at her and understood what she meant. He thought for a minute about how to make her feel better. As he did, Ash and Sol got up to take plates away. Rahn abselt-mindedly handed his plate to one of them while continuing to look at Tora.

He took a deep breath and kissed her softly before trying to make her feel better. "It is nothing you did, you did nothing wrong. It is somthing that happened to you that we want to stop from happening again. We also want to prevent something even worse from happening to you or the other two girls. I don't see what we are doing as suffering though. So you ladies have to sleep in the same tent. That is no problem, is it? It is not bad for me and your brothers either. I would not sleep well if I thought something might happen to you anyway. So I may as well stay up and keep watch for part of the night and get some good rest after that. It keeps your three safe and eases our minds. No one is suffering."

Ash and Sol dropped the plates off and headed towards the tents. “I think I know who it was that grabbed Tora last night,” Ash said to Sol without looking at him. “Who?” Sol asked and Ash told him, “Kelt.”

Tora sighed softly after he kissed her and listened as he spoke. Nodding slowly as he spoke she understood and then laughed slightly when he asked if she had a problem with sleeping in the same tent as the other two girls. “Your right,” she said softly. “I don’t mind sharing the tent with the girls and I will feel safer knowing that you or my brothers will be watching out. At least it will only be for these two night and then we will be heading to the market away from them.” Laying her head back on his shoulder she smiled at him.

Rahn didn't say anything. He smiled and nodded that it would only be for a couple days. After that they would be out of the village. Once they were a day away he would not worry about it. He would just need to check one thing before they left. He would do that tomorrow. In the mean time he smiled at Tora who had her head on his shoulder. He kissed her check softly and relaxed quietly with her in his arms.

Tora smiled as he kissed her cheek and she felt him relax under her. Tan was talking to Lia about if her parents would be ready by tomorrow night. While they talked Kara had Tan’s guitar in her lap and was picking at the cords as she listened to the two of them. Every so often she would look over at Rahn and Tora with a smile on her face and then glance at Tan.

Ash and Sol soon returned both carrying their drums with them. “So did we miss much?” Ash said smiling. Sol sat down next to Lia and smiled at her. Ash planted himself close to Tora and smiled at her. “Guess what we just heard?” he asked her, Tora looked at him puzzled. “Bell had a baby girl,” Sol said and Ash glared at him. “She wouldn’t have guessed, so why make her,” Sol said defending himself. Tora smiled at them, “That’s good how did you find out?” All the others of the group looked happy at the news as she did. “Pion rode into the village a couple of minutes ago,” Ash said.
