Firefly/Serenity Revisited. OOC Thread/Casting Call.

meh, I'm just not sure I could adequately play him at the moment. Not enough active RP in total the last few weeks to keep my mind creative, I guess. It's a shame, too, I was looking forward to getting into the mind of Wash and his "I'm a leaf on the wind, watch me dance" routine.

I can try to play him, I suppose, but it means that, until the RP kicks back up on Lit, my posts may require more time to gather together

I understand. I get writer's block often and I struggle. I've only just started RPing and writing regularly recently so my head is getting back in the game.

Yeah the first person writing was a little strange for me too, I'm not sure if I will stick with it or not. It's not something that im really comfotable with so we will just have to see how that goes.

It felt weird to me too and I probably won't stick with it. I really don't mind whether people write in 1st or 3rd person.

hmmmm....I have a bit of a problem. I have no inspiration at the moment. I may have to step down as Wash and let someone more capable take the reins. Good thing I haven't posted yet.

If River wants to post before then, she can do so with confidence,as Jayne is playing bodyguard and won't actually "do" much of anything until/unless the situation calls for it.

Theres so much "on my plate",and my scheldual is so erratic that I never know if sleep will descend in the day or at night. So,I'm sorry,but these things shall sometimes be unavoidable.

I do tend to write big, a non-fiction book is online and available to read, and I'm currently putting together a package of short stories for Literotica.

Sure hon, you're welcome to join as Wash. The thread we have started is pre-Serenity, as otherwise Wash and Book would be dead. We're planning to cover the whole Miranda thing further down the line.

Hello,

I'd like to apply for the position of Wash. I was actually in the first Firefly thread that Velvet ran. I'm hoping this one will turn out better.

I think it would be fun to bring our Wash's quirky personality. He is funny and sarcastic at a lot of points, but capable of being serious in a cynical kind of way.

Sexually, I see him as not necessarily submissive, but relaxed. That kind of flows from how I view Zoe, who seems like she would be more active. In any case, it would be something new for me to explore.
