Wow! another thread I didn't know existed. I'm going fishing next weekend, yes it will be catch and release but the point is I'm going flyfishing on a 7 mile overnight backpack trip.

It is, man. I try to fish every chance. Have a boat, but take rods with me while I am traveling with the job. Fished twice last week.
And, I build fishing rods. That's almost as much fun as fishing.

I just came here to see if there were any pic's of guys fishing or in hunting outfits.

I enjoy looking at them, like other women enjoy looking at strippers. Gawd, I'm so deprived. There aren't pics like that around this place. So, I have kind of odd taste for whats hot. I need some luv to you know. lol

The Tourney was delayed a week due to ice. The fish weren't big, but I'm sure that they were great eating. People who follow football might recognize 15th place. Link

Thanks for the link. If you follow football or have lived in Florida for a while you know Larry Csonka's name. I did not realize he spends much of his time in Anchorage and is quite the outdoorsman. Ok, the winning fish was 75lbs. What is big?

The winning fish was only 33.8 pounds. Csonka enjoys his retirement up this way. Then again, he can afford to play every day.

I certainly misread that. I checked for records and those are small. But as I've heard many times, a bad day fishing is better than... The surf fishing was slow yesterday. Bait stealers for the most part. There was some sweet revenge though. I hooked a small whiting and what I think was a shark took the fish and snapped my 50lb test.
