Just picked up some freshly picked Plant City Strawberries this morning! Nothing short of heaven, as usual.

I'll pass on the chocolate though.........I need to lose another 10 lbs as quick as I can. I plan to be under 135 by my 40th b-day. That would make me so happy!

With that, I think I'll hit the gym!

Got the creatine and some new workout clothes while I was at Premium. I just love the Adiddas store! I have tons of energy, too much in fact!

Getting ready for another long workout. It feels so damn good! The only problem I run into is that my arm muscles get a little big and it very uncomfortable when I'm wearing blouses for work. I even just bought a suit jacket a little big because of that. Talk about annoying!

Maybe do less weight and more reps?:)
