since no one had scheduled anything for the guys tomorrow I heard tell there "might" be an illegal BBQ ;) :)
I put in $20 towards the gorcery run to buy brats & red hots for the grill :nana:

Thats was sweet hope they have a great time,without their sacrifices,we wouldn't have the freedoms we take for granted.

I talked to 2 of them getting to go home today 1 Gainsville & 1 Pen'cola :nana:

one is my gamer guy paralized from the neck down...
he said he gets to go home for a month but will be back in August sometime :)

he was laughing at me today...
I was telling him about the game clan guys & how they play....when I told him they refer to me as "fish in a barrel"
he did the evil wicked sniper laugh....they must learn that in sniper school..... :rolleyes:
but it was great to see him really laugh & so much :nana:

the neighbor's son is down for the holiday. He's retired Navy & a computer geek
so I told him he could pick out a couple of books for helping me get them sorted & loaded up :)

that's a job for tomorrow... he was doing a job interview thing today :)

thanks sweetie. It was really cool today I got to run around in the family areas with the guy in rooms...
all different ages & injuries... they aren't shy about asking why I limp and when I tried to play it down
they were all really sweet & said things like... a new achilles is no little thing. :)
had a couple older guys compliment the scar & said if I wore the seamed hose no one could tell I had it :eek:
