Also:

ANY voter in Pennsylvania can request a mail in ballot.

Also:

With natural attrition and departures of elderly "republican" voters from Pennsylvania over the past 4 years, the final tally may be about the same or even more favorable for Democrats in 2024.

Nixon had a sincere commitment to public service. But he never even in theory accepted the principle that a pol is obliged to tell the people the truth -- his attitude was always, those in the know would make the decisions, and, "The public will be told what the public needs to be told."
