There's no way Russia would propose giving up control of the land corridor to Crimea. Ukraine is manufacturing more and more themselves and the European shell manufactuers are upping production. The Czech ammo initiative is a question mark but that I think was being run by one of their armaments companies who were making money from it too and it was largely being funded by other countries so I can't see them walking way from that one either. Bad business, given they're in the weapons business.

I think the days of ammo being a major problem are well and truly over.
