I've started this thread because of Steve's (69forever) passing. I wanted this to be a place for everyone to share their love for whomever they choose. So, tell us who you love and why.

You have taken my heart that was cold and black, and brought it back to life after ten years. You have taught me what true love is all about. I have been waiting for you my whole life. I never dreamed I would find someone again, much less someone so very special. You have touched the deepest part of me and I thank you for it. I love talking to you before I go to sleep at night. You make me feel so complete. I love being your anchor. I will always be there for you, baby. Others will ask "How can you be in love when you haven't even met?" Meeting is just a mere technicality. I love you more than the miles between us. I can't wait until July!

Alright, I'll give a post

I love my fiance, with all my heart and am missing him terribly...

But right now, I'm missing my grandma a lot. She died about three years ago, and I miss her every day. Her contagious laugh, sparkling eyes and a heart made of the purest gold. She loved everyone, she was kind, and she never let what was on the outside determine what she thought of a person. A person was always more than clothing and the way they spoke, their hobbies. A person to her, was the soul and heart underneath. The essence of them. She always gave me big bear hugs, and kisses.

When my mother got so sick she nearly died, she took care of me that first day, even though my grandpa was getting so sick then and she needed to take care of him. She comforted my crying and let me sleep in the same bed as her. She stayed up with me because I couldn't sleep, stroked my hair and sang lullabies to me until I finally went to sleep.

Purrbaby, that was very sweet. Your grandmother sounds like she was a very caring, loving person. I miss mine, too. She had the best laugh. I miss taking her out on little trips like out to lunch. I couldn't bear to go see her at the hospital when she was dying. But she forgave me. I dreamed about her the next night. She was wearing the prettiest, most colorful flowered dress. I told her it looked so much better than a hospital gown. I have her wedding ring that I wear.
