First time... heading towards ten years back, it was to fill a gap in an intimacy empty period of life. Lit filled that gap. I joined to read, to get a sense of thrill. And there are some really great authors on here who I look up to. Over time though, and this was a silly thought back then, I pondered with the idea that I could write my own stories, bring to life the fantasies which turned me on. And that's what I did. I cringe at the early ones, and I know I haven't got them all right, but it gave me something more to do. It also found me a dear friend for quite a few years... I miss her dearly and if she is still reading, she knows who she is.

Coming back... so now I come back for two reasons... first I get a buzz out of writing and the positive responses which come back (mostly)... but also I enjoy the connections. I've met a few people and enjoyed the banter. I never used the forums much in the first years, but now I tend to frequent them, or some chats in particular. There are some special people on here and I love those conversations.

Do I have fun... generally yes.

Would I be open to meeting more of you wonderful people... absolutely.

Am I still writing... you bet, even though I'm never going to rival the Bard himself.

I've decided to try my hand at putting some words to "paper." I figured I can share some real life experiences and add a little color to make them more exciting. We'll see how the first draft comes out!
