For those of you ladies who are on the pill, try taking it successively for three months or so (completely safe and doctor approved). You'll only have your period quarterly, and it's not any worse than a normal, monthly flux. In fact, mine was barely there at all. It's more natural, anyway. In the older days, women didn't have their periods nearly as often as we do these days! So if history can do it, so can we! This also works for the shot (Depo-Provera), if you're not weird like me and have your period for two months on end when you're on depo. I even asked my doctor about this and she reccomended it!
