No place I searched said for sure, but it sure looked like an A-4 to me. Viper was in one for sure.

edit: when I rewatched the clip of Hollywood and Maverick on Viper and Jester, Maverick id'd them as "two A-4s."

We were shown that (& "Schindler") in a Freshman World Studies class. Only "Jack Ryan" flick I've ever seen (have the DVD, & have never read any of the books).

Probably because they don't want them squished in their toes. Elephant pedicures can be rather expensive.
