Frosthold-The Sanguine King

Thorgrim ponders the next step - for all around seem distant and far away.

Thorgrim walked; he liked walking it helped clear his mind, and by the gods did he need to clear his mind. He continued, barely talking and lost in his thoughts the axe and pain from his arm his only friend.

His mind totally free.

Forgall bade Cahir to send a mental message to everyone they had been with. "Is everyone ready to go to Westraka?"

At first the message was faint and bearly decernable. I concentrated on the message and it registered quietly in my mind. "Is everyone ready to go to Westraka?" I did not reply, but waited in line, rerady to proceeed.

I looked at the arch and was amazed at the powers of Darra. If at all posible, this was the one to further my training. Grandfather had told me to observe and then to learn. I have observed Darra and I felt he should be the one for me. As we walked, I went over all I knew and had learned, repeatly so that it would become second nature to use my limited powers without delaying in their use. The past battle had proved that to me. The next time I would be ready. Grandfather also told me to be cautious and prudent in their use and that I still would keep.
