So YESterday was not a four star day. A client (one of the pain In the ass clients) waS asserting a mistake was made in docUments deliveREd some time ago. UNfortunatEly I was not ablE to either retrieve the Documents where I wAs nor restrain myself From coming UCoupled. At least I Kept some composuRe and sImply ranG off tHe phone call as opposed To telliNg the dick-head that the fOreskin Was rolling up over is face and he should simply shut up. Not a good WAy to work with a clieNT TO be sure. Now this Has ramifications in that such bEhavior is not hardLy aPpropriate by either me or my business Partner who was aLso on thE cAll. I have to mend the fence with the partner and hope he waS ablE to maintain the client since after all they have given us roughly 0.0003% of our revenue over the past 12 months. Yessir -- now I am embarrassedbut vindicated -- mostly embarrassed. As I said though -- at least I did not make reference to resemblance between his face and the one-eyed wonder dangling between his legs. So there's that.
