Maybe some practical demonstrations of your skills ... your ability to cope with a heavy load, your ability to adopt a number of different positions (within the company - what did you think?) and your flexibility when it comes to working hours ...

Photographic evidence of your accomplishments may be required and character references from previous employers may be taken up

Of course, if you mention at interview that you would let your boss ignore the company handbook - especially the bit about sexual relations between employees - then the job would be yours
