Yes! When I was much more naive and ignorant than I am now, I wanted new floors in a little room that was once a screened in porch. I love sitting in that room and believed it needed floors to match my love. My husband, on the other hand, said no, and that we could wait. Hmmmmmmm I thought. So I ripped up the floors while he was at work and sent him a picture.

Who, may i ask, do you think won that little standoff?

He did. I got my new floors but he put a padlock on his tool shed ... to this day I can't find that stupid key!

I’m fairly certain he doesn’t keep it with him. I’ve checked his keys and his pants … while he’s wearing them.

You’re clearly smarter than him. So should be able to find it. Check the pile of keys no one knows what they’re for? Or boxes you’ve not been near in years but one has disturbed dust on it.
