That is funny I recently discovered vent myself and not sure how I might have played with others without it it is extremely handy - especially now that my guild {which is 99% family} is starting a new raiding group from the beginning so everyone can level the same - so we already have a leader {who luckily will be our tank} and she is already bossing people around - LOL {not me, it's my daughter - and she doesn't get it from me - *insert angel smiley here* LMAO}

Yea vent deffintly comes in handy especially for raids! Oh shit that reminds me I have 25 man naxx tonight! HEHEHEHE whops I almost forgot that would have been no good My guildmaster (who is so hot and has a sexy ass voice) would be very upset with me! I guess I should get some dinner cooked so my kids dont need me during it! So Im signing off Litt for the night and on to my other addiction

One of the funniest things I heard about in Guild chat was for a 5-man run. The Guild was able to get 4 out of the 5 needed, so they PUG'd the last slot with a Druid. When they were determining roles for the run, the Druid piped up with, "I'll be the backup healer to the off-tank." Mind you...this wasn't a Heroic instance. It was a regular run for a level 70 Instance.

Anybody else have a funny thing heard in Guild chatter or party chatter?

I let my baby brothers make characters on my account to play when I'm not playing. One of them made a Paladin and I was trying to show him how to use his abilities and how to play and what not. So I tell him to attack this little tiger, and he sees the scrolling combat text say "Miss". He goes, "Man I keep missing," and physically moves his character forward to "hit" the tiger better. lol.

I was running by the Stormwind Stockade this afternoon with my latest toon {level 12 warlock} and thought of something funny...

It would be funny if there were warnings from the guards saying "you must be this level to enter this instance" just like the roller coaster rides "you must be this tall to ride"

If I'm recalling correctly, I think they do actually . Not the guards, but when you try to go in, you get a little message saying it.

umm considering how dumb it has become of late yeah it is.....miss the old days...sort of....but then again the majority that play are casual people so guess cant complain. Was a good run though for as long as it lasted. When you clear nax in one night with a pug group you know its time to find a new game.

well I hear with this new patch they are adding some things that are even harder. Ive been playing 3 years and I have just now found the right guild for me so Im raiding for the first time. Im looking forward to what they are going to be doing. We havent cleared Naxx yet but that will come soon Im sure once we are more use to eachother. As for a pug group I refuse to run those lol I always get royally screwed in them

I think that they leaked the Patch release date on the Forums as being the 14th. They said the Equipment Manager wouldn't be in the 14th release because of problems and will be patched in later. Take as you will. I'm excited for Dual Spec for my Paladin. I'm also excited for the super buff to the Aura perks for Paladins.

Okay...well, I play on Shattered Hand...but, I'm relatively ambivelant. So I don't really care where we start this. Shall we do Alliance (as that IS what I know best)? And what shall we name our Guild?

PS: We'll need more people to help, it does take 10 people to sign a Guild Charter.

I personally lost interest in it when I first learned with speccing warriors could DW 2handers. The whole point of 2hander was that you use 2 hands....so DWing 2 handers yeah just stayed till naxx was cleared after that said goodbye and gave the account away.

Are we creating new toons? Not sure I want to go through that again right now as I've been trying to level up my warlock and it is getting a little boring doing the same quests over and over again

On a funny note: I was invited to go through BFD and was excited to try it... my first instance with my warlock... after the first boss I left... good lord they were shooting at anything and everything that moved! no organization whatsoever!

Dungeons like that are no fun at all without communication at least through the party chat if not through vent
