I was on a big party this weekend, it was fantastic.
(I don´t know that dancing on a stage could be such an boost to your self-confidence)

so I had a little break from my normal life,

...play to much... first I have to meet someone to play with...

I, a go go boy nooo
but it is a wonderfull feeling when you dance the first time in your life and you just let go...

something I´ve never have done in my 20 years,

I´m really glad that I know this one girl, she has said I had to risk something, at least one time in my life.

She was right...

"Just let go" is a good concept... to have some fun - and as far as i've experienced it, a good concept when it comes to something more .. um .. personal contact than dancing.

"No risk - no fun" is another concept, but only to a certain point...

"no risk - no fun" is not my worldview but I´m shy and risk is just the part about getting rid of this shyness

And this thing with more personal contact than dancing..
I´m working on this one but if this would lead to a certain point...
I want an STD-report first
(It´s a shame that many people (my age) think about STD´s as a joke, I think sometimes you have to take some things really serious)

Hmmm, do you carry your STD screen around with you LoneOne? Some extra skins might be more useful. And don't forget we're talking more than just a single screen if you want to know it all--chlamydia, herpes, syphilis, HPV (warts), hepatitis, HIV, trichamonas.....

Now I'm not trying to make you cringe or grossed out....just be careful and realize there's more than can really be tested for. I don't know how your healthcare system works for that kind of thing but that kind of testing can be expensive also. And a test taken a month ago only means something a month ago.

Please....have fun when you're ready just be careful!!!

And remember there are are fun ways to get off besides exposing yourself to possible disease.

...other ways to get off, you have my attention...

A few safe ideas....

Talking....start with lots....ask her what she likes, tell her what you like....whisper in her ear if she's easily embarassed, ask her to whisper back (nibble while you're so close to her ear)....close your eyes when you listen in case she's self conscious....until the ice melts, then....

Undressing....slowly, sensuously....her, you

Watching....ask her to touch herself (show me where your sensitive, please...I want to know), start with just a little, and let her watch you, especially when her eyes get misty (show her how you stroke)

Touching....her, you....soft and light, everywhere, later....hard and fast....

Mmmmm, oil....lots of it where you press your bodies together, where you touch each other (but only for latex-free occasions)....backrubs are a wonderful way to start....or if you prefer, footrubs....then work your way up

If you just HAVE to penetrate - make barriers fun....colors and tastes. Ask her to help put it on. Don't be scared to laugh. Lol....we have something called Astro-glide for juicing up those latex moments.

I have a racing dinghy (Rennjolle) which is not for open sea.

Are you a one-hand-sailor ?? Racing dinghi sounds like a small and fast boat. Good to know you've showed the youngsters how compatitve a senior can be. Congrats !!
