My first thought was that an affair in the workplace wasn’t worth jeopardizing his job, but maybe NestleSnipes is right; maybe the woman is in an open relationship, and knows how to be discreet. Perhaps Brutus911 should ask her if she is serious. As long as they keep it discreet, no one in their workplace needs to know. Wouldn’t hurt to ask anyway.

Seriously. This woman goes around telling her coworkers who she'd blow. I know every work place is different, but I couldn't imagine doing this EVER. And my boss is a former sex therapist.

She's clearly a little bonkers. Maybe ultimately in a good way - who knows - but not a good enough to potentially get fired way.
