Here you go direct from the CDC, second paragraph.

Thanks - Looks like fairly current research. I didn't realise that was the reason men in the USA have circumcisions: very forward thinking

but then there was

same same old - research and their sponsors  Anyways - back to giving head - don't use the top of your tongue if he's sensitive but if he is circumcised and had a dick like leather use anything up to 40grit :D

But nothing (short of "no physical contact") beats a condom when it comes to preventing HIV transmission.
It is several orders of magnitude more effective than genital mutilation, that at best lowers the risk a bit.

If the results were "a circumcised male is unlikely to contract HIV", then it could be used for something.
Presently it is at best a half-hearted attempt to justify a basically unneeded and un-consensual procedure.

In Stickygirls link, there is actually a reference to a study, showing that female genital mutilation is just as efficient (or even more efficient!) at reducing HIV infection than male genital mutilation!
What are you waiting for? Time to do some snipping!

Back on topic:
No two people are alike, and how hard/soft is "just right", depends on the person, the partner and certainly the mood at the moment.

Sometimes a light stimulation is almost too much, and sometimes you have to whip out the old rubber plunger and really work on it!
