I grew up in a high control religion. Full purity culture, waited until marriage, only dated one person, etc. I out of the religion now and exploring sexuality, but it’s scary.

I don’t quite know where to go from there. Like I’ve literally only kissed one person. I’ve had phone sex with my husband but that’s it.
I’m bisexual and would love to explore with another woman but am open to exploring with men.

I grew up similar. The guilt is, to me, the main issue with exploring (that and getting found out).

It is safe to do a video mutual masturbation, just keep your face somewhat hidden and use a service with a "burner" email account to register. Gmail works especially if you go "incognito" mode (can't track you for anything).

I wasn't raised in any religion (although my family opens gifts on Christmas and eats brunch on Easter). Thus, I cannot offer much help. I hope that someone is able to help you recover from the unhealthy attitudes you were taught about sex. I'm sure it's a real doozy! Good luck.

You have to find a connection between yourself and God (or the divine in general if you prefer) Religions are institutions we've created to streamline the spiritual experience. For most they work well but even the best ones can't get everything right. You need to do some soul searching on your own initiative. Be careful though. Thanks. I'm pretty happy with my spirituality overall now, and am continuing to explore how I best connect to the divine. Just trying to figure out where casual sex fits in to everything else
