HEY! Who let that little blue alien Canadian in here???

The Palmetto Grove was the original thread, and it became a Superfund site for personal reasons.... So some of us Grovers have built our own tent city out here in the pristine wilderness away from the toxicity...

Normally we'd kick ya out cause you weren't a Grover, but since you're pretty cool for a little blue alien Canadian, we'll letcha hang out with us! As long as you'll give us rides in your saucer and bring some Molson... :D

Just watch out for the Palmetto bugs!

I think 'busy' is the best way to be. Especially for me. Keeps my thinking and over thinking at bay (well, kinda/sorta). :p

Oh.. I forgot to tell yall.. I got re-assigned at work. For those of you that dont know me, I currently work in sales for a computer distributor etc.. high stress job that has been paying me less than well here as of late (the past year or so). Well Friday I got an email from our VP of sales asking me (and 4 others) to come to his office at about 11.30 for a short meeting..

Of course the FIRST thought that goes through my head, is "oh shit we are being fired". Though in reality, I doubt they would fire the 5 of us at the same time, but in my usual smartass way, I get a cardboard box and show up in his office at 11.30. Fortunately he saw the humor in it :)

Anyways, effective the 1st of april, I will be out of sales and on a new project that involves us profiling about 4500 customers of the company. It's tedious and boring frankly, but its temporary, and they are giving an extra 1k on our pay to do this. When the project is completed, I will go into the position that I originally applied for a few months ago. This is of course subject to change with the needs of the company. I'm just thankful for the break from sales to do something else for a little while. I'm just thankful I get to stay with the company as I like where I work.

Well its only like 4500 customers.. an there are 5 of us doing them.. i figure if between the 5 of us we can do 100 a day, then this should only take just over 2 months to do... works for me :)
