my dad obviously saw the same blurb on the news that i did last night. I just got this email (he sent it to everyone in his address book)

The s-o-b who killed this truly wonderful human being
was denied a retrial. He was sentenced for killing a
store clerk and has not been tried for Demaris' murder
so that remains in the Solicitor's hip pocket just in
case. The City police botched this case so terribly
and no one was held accountable. In reality the case
was solved by the Sheriff's Office. James never
got a real apology. Hell the dumb asses even took my
DNA. This is a subhuman who needs his salad tossed at
least twice a day in prison by a 350 lb. stinking ass
inmate nicknamed Big Dick. You will pardon a little
hatred and vengeance which I consider therapeutic in
this case. Demaris truly was a terrific person. Should
the question arise, I have told you exactly how I
feel. IHF
