Rational only in your liberal mind typical liberals want to control everybody and every aspect of their lives, the people that love their guns are the ones who won this country from the British so that you can have your freedom. if it was up to the Liberals we would have either been still under British control or just taken over by the Nazi Germany.

Not letting irresponsible people who are taking SSRIs sell each other unregistered weapons is just necessary public policy. Made necessary because the freak-show gun lobby couldn't abide by some limited control over gun ownership so now we have a huge problem when it could have been managed a long time ago.

To her credit I do want to control what kinds of cars she drives and what kinds of power plants operate in the US. It turns out we once set a river on fire, California Smog used to be legendary and now is mostly cleared up because guys like me told people to sit down and shut up. Years of war, “reckless arms trading” and lax control of weapons traveling across borders have provided the Islamic State militant group (ISIS) with a sophisticated arsenal that it’s used to commit war crimes in Iraq and Syria, according to a new Amnesty International (AI) report released on Tuesday.

The report, called Taking Stock: The Arming of Islamic State, details how the extremist group has acquired the weapons used to tighten its grip on the so-called caliphate in both countries. The report found that ISIS is using arms and ammunition from at least 25 countries, including the U.S., China, Belgium, France, Russia and Germany. It also uses weapons from countries that no longer exist, such as the former Yugoslavia, Czechoslovakia and the former Soviet Union.

Also the arms shipped from Libya by the Obama Admin to the Anti-Assad rebels which ended up in ISIS's hands.
