It took some time to get a bath fully done, Doc knew that the two inches of water the ranch hands required was not going to be acceptable for this lady. It was time, Doc hoped, that would pass without the loud rapping at the door downstairs. He had made the water hot, and placed a couple of cold pales next to the tub so she could cool it down if needed.
I rememeber the days when I used to do this for my lady, my love...I hope she won't take it wrong if I light a candle for her...
Doc stood and viewed the room.
Never looked this warm before...hell it almost looks...romantic...
Doc left the bathroom and headed out into the hall past his quarters and opened the door to the stairs down to his office. Hearing no sounds at the door, Doc quietly opend the office door and headed towards the back room. Curiously the door was open and figuring they had fallen asleep from exhaustion, Doc entered the doorway to close it when he saw the most amazing thing he had seen in awhile.
Wow
There in the dim moonlight she stood. Naked. Light and dark and shadow combined to form a painting that Picasso himself couldn't have done. It was moment that came and was frozen and left just as quickly because it was stolen, unintentional. And that was what froze Doc like a stone, he was a thief of an accidental fortune. Of course in that very moment her eyes moved to the doorway and she seemed to not realize at first her "natural state."
"Oooh my!" She exclaimed as she flew into action and covered herself up..partially. Doc couldn't see her red face, hot with emabarassment. Frankly he was more curious with the glass item at his feet.
"What's this?" Doc said picking up the strange item, trying to be naive.
Had he thought she moved fast before, her rush to him now made that look like a stroll in the park. He barely caught something about..."It's nothing." She was practically a magician when she made the object disappear so quickly from his hand and her not so subtle seguay to the bath was a deafening admission of guilt.
My those cheeks are flushed....
"I am so sorry Miss Shirley, I didn't mean to...I thought you were asleep...the door was open...I hope you will accept my most sincere apology...I was closing the door making sure you two were alright. Ummmm, your bath is run...would Jess like that story now?"
Educated in Boston, yeah right....smooth....very smooth...
