Half Blood (Closed)

Voldemort had Harry in his sights, but right as he was about to kill him, a burst of pain went through him, and he had a vision of his last Horcrux, Nagini, being destroyed by Emily with Gryffindors sword. At this moment of distraction, Harry reached up, grabbed Voldemort, and threw them both off the side. Voldemort flew, but Harry clung on. Soon, they fell into a courtyard, and both were flung to opposite sides. Voldemorts wand was out of his grasp, some feet ahead of him, but so was Harry's. he scrambled for the Elder Wand, but as he gabbed it and stood up, ready to cast the curse, Harry was doing just the same. "Avada Kadavra!" Voldemort yelled, but it was just as Harry chanteted "Expelliarmus!" Theier spells hit each other, and they battled to gain power, both wizards trying to make their spell the successful one.

She smiled seeing the battle and chuckled "Can you see this Severus? Your old master is about to fall, aww boy did he screw the pooch when he killed the potters. I am just sorry you saw a woman you love well never mind" She said mentally and crossed her arms knowing Harry would win. But then noticed what she did noticing Voldemort and Harry was after the wand, flicking her wrist she put it closer to Harry. "Burn in hell you snake!" She said in English and Snake.

The battle of Voldemort against Harry continued. Voldemorts spell was winning, and was edging nearer and nearer to Harry. Voldemort gave a cackle, but then, right as his spell was about to land, Harry's spells zoomed forward, and as Voldemorts spell reached the tip of his wand, it didn't die out. It went through the wand, into the cracks that had formed when Voldemort had used it, and right at Voldemort himself. Then, the wand flew up in the air, and into Harry's hand. Voldemort looked into the sky, feeling himself grow weak, and right as he was about to die, a lone tear formed in one of his eyes, but it never spilled as his body turned to dust.

She didn't know what was going to happen when it came to certain things. But right now she thought she saw a tear and everything around her seemed to shatter, when it hit her even though the man was a monster he could feel. And it almost broke her heart to know there was a human in there some place, when he was gone people cheered but she felt that it wasn't over yet. Leaving to find Severus she found him with there son. "How are my two favorite men doing?"

Severus didn't even answer Emily's question. He just ran up to her, swept her off her feet, and sun in circles, cheering. "He is dead! The Dark Lord is dead!" he shouted in joy. He finally put Emily down, but he was not done. He grabbed his coat, quickly told Emily he was going to go out and get some stuff for a celebration, and was off quickly.

She smiled happily at him and laughed when he picked her up, but when he left she had a bad feeling that in the end something else would happen. Picking up there son she kissed him and sighed a bit. "I hope its over but I got a bad feeling" She said softly and sat down thinking.

Severus left the Leaky Cauldron practically skipping. He hadn't been this happy in a long time. Upon entering Diagon Alley, he saw that all the Death Eaters there had fled, and it had returned partially to the great and beautiful place it had been before the Dark Lord had taken over. He quickly ran to some stores, bought some food and some festive items, and was leaving slowly. Once he reached the brick wall back the the Cauldron, he stopped, his arms losing their strength, and he dropped everything he was holding. He fell against the wall, hearing thoughts swarming around his head. Continue my legacy, Severus. he heard, and he knew that voice. he would never forget it in his life. The Dark Lord. Don't be afraid, I am truly dead. But, my powers have come to you, as well as my final instructions to you, if this were to ever happen. You are now the Dark Lord. Severus heard. He waited for more, but he heard nothing. He let out the breath he was holding, and picked everything up that he had dropped. "Must be my head playing tricks on me or something," He mumbled to himself.

She was with there son having a lot of fun, she was tossing him around and he was giggling something awful which was rather nice. She sighed a bit and as she put her son down to go play with his toys she grunted as she grabbed her head. Flashes of much more death, and feeling of a great power. She collapsed onto her knees the vision was so bad, she made sure not to cry out so Jacob wouldn't be afraid. But the visions were not very clear and saw bits of pieces of a new dark lord but had no clue it was Severus.

"What the hell was that?" She thought to herself, she stood up and sat down on the couch waiting for her husband to come home. Why did she have a bad feeling, she hoped he was okay.

Severus walked back to his room without anymore "conversations" with the Dark Lord. He smiled as he entered the room, but then he saw Emily sitting on the couch, with that "I had a bad vision" look on her face. He gently put done the items he had bought onto the table, walked over to Jacob to see how he was doing, and then sat down on the couch next to Emily. He sighed, wondering why this was happening. "What did you see?" he asked, hoping it was nothing important, nothing big. The Dark Lord had just died, and if something else happened, Severus didn't know how he would take it.

She heard him come in and tried to have a nice face on but he could read her like no other. Looking up into his black eyes she sighed some. "I honestly don't know Severus, the vision was so painful and unclear. Riddle is dead but I fear someone else will try and take his place" She said softly looking at the man whom she loved more then anything. Sighing softly she smiled at him "It's alright Severus, we have much to celebrate. Like our marriage, our son, the death of Riddle."

He heard Emily tell him what he she saw, and he kept his emotions down. The Dark Lord had just died, and now someone was going to replace him! Yet another horrible next several years for them all. But then she continued speaking, and he smiled. "You are right. I have been too down lately, too gloomy. I should be thankful for what I have, not upset for what I can't have. But at least we can have some time for peace." he said. He stood up from the couch, and began taking out all the stuff in the bags. He took out a bunch of sweets, and some decorations. They would hold their own party!

She smiled at her husband and nodded helping him out, and looked over at her son and sighed a bit. "Severus you truly have given me everything I ever wanted, I just wish people didn't judge others before getting to know them" Looking at him and stroked his cheek "Times have been tough for us, but my love and loyalty to you has kept us even closer together" She said softly. "I love you Severus, and I never regret our life. " She kissed him lovingly.

Severus felt a lot better when Emily spoke to him, and then when she kissed him, all bad thoughts were expelled from his mind. He returned the kiss with much passion, wanting it to go one forever. It soon ended, and he smiled, glad that for ow at least, everything was perfect.

Emily smiled at him happily stroking his cheek "I wont let anything happen to us, you have a hell of a lot more life in you and no one will take you accept perhaps natural death then I wouldn't dare do anything, I will be the best wife and mother I know how to be" She said happily to him, he really did meant he world to her. "And I have a gift for you" She said softly.

Severus' face lit up when Emily mentioned a gift. "Gift? Way gift?" he asked excitedly. He could barely remember the last time he had gotten a gift; the last couple years had been very busy for him, and he barely remembered anything from then, mainly because he had blocked it out since it was such a depressing time for him.

She smiled at him happily and with a gesture of her hand a box appeared and handed it to him, it was covered with some simple paper. It was a small long box it was in graved "To my half blooded prince" And inside it was a necklace had a picture of the two holding each other and the other side a picture of them holding there son. She smiled the way it was, was still rather manly.

Severus tore the paper covering, and saw the ingrains saying "To my Half Blooded Prince". He smiled, recognizing the nickname, and opened the box. He saw a manly looking locket, and he smiled yet again, wondering what pictures were in it. It had hinges on oth sides, letting two pcitures fit, one on each side. He opened oth sides, and his smile only widened. He saw one side with him holding Emily in his arms, and the other picture with him holding Jacob. His smile only widened, and he turned to Emily. "I love it, I have never had a better present. Thank you Emily, for all you have done to me."

She smiled happily at him looking at him and was happy that he liked the gift, hearing what he said she nodded a bit. It was rather nice to see him so happy and knew she could do something else for him. "You know it is possible for me to remove the death eater tattoo on your arm if you wanted it removed that is" She said looking up at him as she relaxed happily.

Severus heard her offer, and he almost said yes. But it was a tough decision. He began thinking to over. Why should I keep it? It just reminds me of horrible times. But then again, it reminds me of how foolish I was. But then again, I know that, I don't need to be reminded. On the other hand, he thought like this on for a bit, but then he decided. "Thank you Emily, but I don't think I should remove it just yet. I need it to remind myself of things, so I won't make the same mistake twice." he told her. He hoped she was satisfied with his answer.

She accepted his answer with a nod and a soft smile on her face, but it was so strange but Severus was an Enigma a puzzle she seriously wanted to solve. Looking over at Jacob she chuckled a bit and thought. "You know Severus, I think Jacob is following in our footsteps. I think he is a wizard just what happened the other day, call it a hunch. I mean nothing bad happened of course" She chuckled.

Severus heard Emily chuckle quietly, and she soon spoke to him. When he heard what she said, he was at first a bit worried, but then she reassured him. But he was still confused somewhat. "What do you mean Em? What happened the other day? Did i miss anything big?" he asked, all these questions tumbling into his mind. Which was good, since they blocked out a deep hissing noise that was going on his mind that Severus could barely bear.

She smiled at him and nodded placing her hand on her husbands chest as she closed her eyes letting him see what Happened. They were both playing and he was giggling waving his hands and then little sparks came out of his hands. When she looked back at her husband she chuckled "Nothing big and dangerous but he has magic in him, hopefully he is still to young for Riddles teachings so none of it sank into his mind"

Severus gave a sigh of relief, glad it was nothing big. He nodded at her words. "I am just as thankful. But, some of it might stick with him. It is hard to get rid of, Dark Magic. It kind of clings to you, no matter how hard you try to brush it off." he said. He just hoped Jacob would be able to get rid of it, and not be influenced anymore by Dark Wizards.

Thinking for a moment she watched there son resting and placed her hands on her hips "It depends on personality Severus, look at me. I know everything Riddle knew and I didn't let it corrupt me, but I had a certain British friend who kept me straight" She said meaning Severus and smiled when she said it.

He smiled at her compliment, and he stood, giving Emily a hug. "You are right Em, we just need to keep him straight. A child is mainly influenced by how they are raised." he said, giving her a quick kiss. He let her go, and walked back to his bags from the store. He took out several wizard candies. Some juice(muggle, not wizard), and took out some party hats. Honestly, this would probably be the only time I will ever be in a party hat. Severus thought to himself.
