As if you could recognize a fact. If it's private property they can certainly limit speech. While there is a debate on whether state schools can or not it seems to be more a question of how much they can or cannot. My shirt is a form of expression but you don't have to look that hard to find schools with uniforms do you?

And forced civility under threat of punishment is a violation of Freedom of Speech? Being civil should be part of your contract with the school and if you're not you should expelled.
