Happy mothers day to all you lovely mom's out there.
Spense, have you tried Bargs root beer. I believe it is caffein free. You have to slowly wean off or it will give you the headaches.

Hey hon, Yea I know about all the caffine free stuff. Barqs (which is made in Biloxi MS and was born there) does have caffine. The only RBs that do not, are A&W and Mug. Those are the only ones that do not have it. I have limited myself to One Caffine drink a day. What caffine does is not the headaches so much as it freaks my heart out and it does double and triple beats. I had been caffine free for many years. Then when Doc put me on the Atkins diet, there went my Caffine Free Coke. I hate diet Coke! (that is until they just came out with the new one with Splenda) So I ended up drinking water and Sprite and 7up. Then someone turned me on to Diet Mt Dew. Yes I knew it had caffine but I was like oh but it tastes so good. Well, I have been drinking more of those then anything. Then my heart started it's number, SO..... I am backing off the caffine as well AGAIN! But the headaches are not caused by that. I have some neck problems which I go to the chiropractor for. This last trip because I was on the road for almost 3 weeks with over 3000 miles driven, really messed my back up and so the headaches are all from the adjustments. Plus been going thru some stressful things with work and all, and the shoulders tend to tighten up ALOT and well, here come the headaches. So... it is a cycle, but one I am working on.
Well, I am heading off. Got a ton of work to do today... Woman had 287 viruses on her computer not to mention close to 890 spyware. It has been fun trying to clean this mess up. Normally, I would just back up important files and reformat, but her teenage son deleted the partition that carried the system files and HP no longer sells them. (So if you have an HP and you didn't get your system restore disks) Make them TODAY! There is a wizard that tell you how. BUT you are only allow to back it up ONCE and then no more. (I think that sucks, but that is how they do it.) So there is your computer tip for the day.

Hey hon, I believe that Spirit and others download them from other sites and paste them in their posts. Because I do not see those smilies on Lit. But I could be wrong and there is some special Lit smiley club I don't know about.

Hi Leigh....
You have to download smiley central to your computer...
then you click on the smiley you want to use and copy the HTML for the smiley and paste to your post. Then there's some editing of that html you have to do... if you need further help, just pm me.
