What Is The Deal??????
The pollen is so bad this year. I have been sick for the past month with sinus problems. Am I the only one suffering here? I am on 3 meds to help me breath and survive. So is everyone else got the sniffles? Speaking of Sniffles... remember him? That little mouse who was always stopped up? Here is a pic of the little guy. I always liked him but Chuck Jones who created him, only used him in 11 cartoons and just gave up on him. I liked him a lot. But then I liked Droopy too.

From this time at WB, you can see how Bugs, Porky, Elmer, started to have to same look as Daffy and all the others. Chuck really gave them the look they have today.
Not watching cartoons, but was a cartoonist. I did all the drawings for the schools I went to in the papers and yearbooks. Wanted to work at a cartoonist until I discovered music and radio and went that route. I still do some stuff but mainly logos for business. One of my kids asked me to some of my drawings so I plan on doing some and printing a book and giving them to the kids for Christmas.

Spenser, yes the allergie/sinus stuff is everywhere. I am doing better now but February n' April were a pain. The drugs didn't seem to help. Hope your's gets better soon.
How true Shriek - Songs and laughter. 2 good medicines for life.
Cartoons - Donald Duck has always been my favorite. Swee Pea from Popeye also.

Well so much for going out of town. I have gotten sick and have been in the bed for 2 days.. going on #3. YUCK.... Friend of mine told me her son's school shut down because everyone had this flu bug and tends to last a week. OH FUN!
So, I hope everyone is doing much better then I am....

Slept for 4 hours this afternoon and believe it or not, feel better. But.. I know with this bug you have to take it slow.
So anyway... I thought I would come on here and see what all was going on....
It is cloudy here and the rain is beginning. Supposed to rain all weekend long...
So, besides me trying to get well, what is everyone else doing for the weekend?
