It has been busy here and I ran away for the weekend to Austin.
It has been awhile since I have been there. Spent Sat. eve with some girl friends at a little piano bar on 6th street. It was good to get away. I even got KISSED by a total stranger. Exciting times.

Ah good luck hun, I took care of my mom for four years. My older sister thought she could do it better, lol she wants me to take back over. I love my mom, but the alzheimers and the stages they go through is horriffic. I am the only one of my sibblings that she remembers. I wish your mothers years of blessed health.

Hey folks... how is everyone? Man it has been hotter then hades here. Temps in the upper 90s and low 100s. And we have not had hardly any rain in over a month. The grass is dead and the trees are dropping their leaves (so much for a nice colorful fall season) HOWEVER... they say we will see some rain soon... (then I read that it will be lest then an inch.) Oh well.... however down south on the coast, my kids are telling me it has not stopped raining in weeks. That every day is after showered and thunderstorms and the ground is so soaked they can't mow the yard. I told them SEND IT UP NORTH!
If the hills were not here as well as the trees, I would think I was back in Texas.

Hope everyone else is doing well. Office is finally coming together and just got my dsl setup. YEA!
