Happiness is a serious problem *

I didnt read your articles. I didnt read your articles because I already solved the puzzle for myself. So I'll simply toss it into the stew.

Real happiness is recovering what was lost and mourned.

I'm not drunk . . . I'm happy!
I would say that I'm happy when you're happy but I wouldn't want to put any pressure on you so I won't. ;)

(Even if it is a little bit true. :flower: )

Tal Ben-Shahar wrote a book, Happier, and teaches the most popular course at Harvard: Positive Psychology. He teaches students how to be happier. Part of Dr. Ben-Shahar’s message is that happiness is found in the journey, not the destination. It’s about perspective and the fact that how you see things can matter more than what actually happens. You can build optimism by recognizing and disputing pessimistic thoughts and there's at least one study I'm aware of that found those with optimistic outlooks lived longer than those with pessimistic outlooks.
