Unless they have a kidney/bladder infection, then not really. Urine, while still in the bladder, is sterile. It's only when it hits air that the bacteria begin to grow.

Fecal matter, however, is not. If it floats your boat, great. The risk of kidney failure and/or death from an E.coli infection, no matter how slight, is enough for me to keep my mouth and pussy far away from poop.
