I mean to tell ya. You know it was a take down when all the media can say about that debate the next day is that there was a lot of "mansplaining" going on. At the Vice Presidential level you are either up to the job, or you aren't. It isn't a job for wimps or weak sisters. She's not going to lose a debate with Putin, Kim, or Xi, and come home and blame her failure on "mansplaining."

I liked when Senator Harris pointed out Trump's obvious obsession with reversing everything Obama did. These Republican fools like Trump, Pence, and McSally went into their recent critical debates with no replacement plan for Obama-Care, something that Trump said was going "to be repealed and replace on Day One" of his first and only term.
In the end, Trump's obsession with reversing the progress of the nation's first black President will be his undoing. That has a nice poetic ring to it.

The fly dodged several key questions, including if he would pack the Supreme Court. On the other hand, Trump is now starting a conspiracy theory that the fly is not a citizen.

I'll hand it to Harris. She told the truth for once in her career. She's not a progressive leftist and neither is Biden. Pence lied about that.
Now, of course, Biden can't claim to be a progressive leftist and neither can Harris, nor can the GOP accuse them credibly of that. It's Trumpism vs. Clintonism. Those are your choices.

At least A won't likely put me on the the street and gut my parents' Social Security, so there's that. Ironically, they'll vote for gutting their own Social Security. And at least Biden claims to be for a living wage and a public option, though I'm not holding my breath on that or environmental reform.
For my parents' own good, I'm voting in Arizona, a swing state, for a ticket headed by a man that I personally like but don't fully trust and a woman who I personally loathe and mistrust for her Machiavellian calculations and opportunism, in order to save my parents from the consequences of their own votes for two men who I also loathe who intend to gut their Social Security.
