The Trump Foundation was fined by the IRS for an illegal contribution that they made because of Trump's accountant's error. If they then fined Donald Trump over it, we have not been informed.Was he not fined?

Oh it was the foundation that did it? Here I was thinking Trump Himself made contributions illegally.

Clinton almost definitely did pay to play. As did every single politician ever. So far nobody seems to even be claiming, much less proving that it did more than get your foot in the door more often.
Trump's foundation is a tax shelter.
Given what I've read I don't doubt that Clinton's foundation was (at most times) also built out of a genuine desire to do good on Bill's Part and as ground work for Hillary.
Trump's was too look good for the public, and maybe genuinely help. But I happen to think beggers can't be choosers and someone who is giving money to a charity that helps you buy food, clothes, go to college whatever need to have a DAMN good reason to turn down that money. I mean incredibly.
I forget some show but it turned out that a drug dealing family was using a orphanage essentially to launder money. Now at the end of the 45 minutes the Orphanage refused to take money from the drug dealers and of course the hero hooked them up with his millionaire friend who owed them a favor. But you know what, outside of that magic scenario you're damn fucking right you clean that money for the drug dealers and they let you "skim" 30% to keep your orphanage up. Because 30% of blood money is better than 100% of NOTHING.
