Here's How Donald Trump Could Become President

Looks to me like Trump will win Delaware easily today, for a clean sweep of five states out of the five available this date. It's a winner-take-all state, with only 16 delegates, but all of them bound.

I never envisioned Delaware as being a big center of BDSM...

:D

It's hard to take it seriously when your choices are the flamboyant P.T. Barnum and the transgendered Richard Nixon...

A lot of Republicans in Indiana are highly religious type conservatives, giving Cruz a chance to beat Trump, in my opinion, especially with Kasich basically dropping out as a part of the stop Trump pact. I think Trump will still win, but it's not a sure thing, at this point.

And the lead gets larger...goodbye Cruz.

Amazing how two of America's least trusted, and least favorable candidates are sitting a top and we have to vote for one of them.. Trump beat out 17 other candidates for President...go figure. How could someone so hated, win out?

The media loves Trump, quite possibly, most American's don't...not sure

I've made no secret of the fact I want Trump to win for the sheer entertainment value. However, if Trump was president it would drive Rascistdownsouth bat shit crazy each and every day, more reason to cheer him on. :D

Yea.....Go Trump....burn the house down!!:D

If we are going to get hosed by scumbagerry it might as well be entertaining.

To be serious for a moment, this is the most interesting and entertaining presidential election year I have ever been witness to, by far. The elites in both major parties have been shitting their pants in fear for months, mostly of Donald Trump, but also of Bernie Sanders, to a lesser degree. The Democrats had their safety blanket in the form of super delegates, so were a little less worried, understandably, about Bernie than the Republicans were about Trump. After Tuesday in Indiana the elites in both parties will have only one threat to worry about. His name is Trump. It's going to get even more interesting and entertaining. Much more.

The founders of our country feared nothing more than democracy. Elites always fear democracy. Always. They had every reason to fear it then, and they have every reason to fear it now. It is the enemy of the elite. Always has been, always will be.

This presidential election year is a little like democracy. Just a little. It will be interesting to see if even that will be tolerated, in the end.

Seems to me that democracy involves "governing with the consent of the governed". If folks don't consent to current governance, they can get nasty, unruly... revolutionary. The elites have been assuming consent from too-tired-to-bother majorities. Surprise!

We desperately need a leader in the WH - not showbiz.

FatLyingRacistPigDownSouth is already batshit crazy. His toothpaste came out of the tube a long time ago.

An egotistical loudmouth jerk vs. an incompetent, corrupt liar.

We're so fucked.

Actually, when you try to scale it up past the city-state level it becomes mob rule with politicians rewarded the largest possible factions by looting the smallest possible factions which is why we have a Republic. Those who scream for a Democracy have forgotten the lessons of history or are willing to happily discard them because they believe that they have "socially evolved."

Anyone who wants a Democracy needs only look back at the old Jim Crow laws the in the US. The majority refused to grant black people their Constitutional rights.

Hillary is a lot of things but incompetent doesn't even get close to her and we all know it. That's why the right has been shitting their collective pants for four long years and trying to bury her. It was their only chance. Now why they decided to go with Trump instead of Bush or Kasich I'll never know.

I dont know...

It kind of takes a moron to think a outside email server will not come back to bite you in the ass.

Or trying to blame 13 deaths on a video.

To think she was not a complete failure as Secretary of state is naive at best.

We've learned that everybody uses outside email servers. That in and off itself isn't even unusual. That wouldn't have come back to bit anybody not named Hillary Clinton (or MAYBE Ted Cruz) in the ass because nobody cares.

She never blamed the deaths on a video and further research as suggested we downplayed the videos more than was correct.

She was not a failure as the Sec of State. That's more of that moronic crap we toss about without thinking about what it means.

To be fair, she wasn't a success as secretary of state.

She was middling at best.

Assuming history doesn't come down and gift wrap something for you I think middling is about what we should expect from most government officials. Very few of them are in positions to make significant moves alone and most of the things we remember long term are things that happened to them not because of them.

Bush would have been a perfectly adequate president if nobody decided to fly planes into buildings and the economy hadn't crashed. We can debate how much control he had over either event if you like but for the moment I'm not.
