Okay, I finally free up a few minutes to get on line... and this thread hasn't seen action in days. But, as more winter-like weather is reportedly returning, perhaps more folks will warm up next to their computers.

I'm kinda looking forward to something a little cooler. It's been horrid and humid out this way. What makes it even worse is they've forgotten to turn off the heater at work.

Hanging in there... still working three jobs, still driving about 1000 miles a week, but planning a spring break vacation to put those wages to good use. To escape this nasty weather, I thought I might go to Vancouver (!?).

Let me think about that, it is cold and rainy here, and it is cold and rainy there... hmmm... sounds like a plan!

It always rains the hardest when I have to drive to Dallas for my adjunct faculty classes... at least I-35 isn't as bad as I-45 in the rain... but that is a very insignificant solace.

I have been pretty good, just keeping busy. Getting ready to move. I got tired of the long commute so I am finally moving closer to work. So that means that Someplace can talk bad all she wants about the westside and I won't be offended.
