So i have this problem, the girlfriend that i love is starting to get boring in bed, i want her to try new positions and get her to have sex in other places other then the bed, how do i do this? Maybe she just likes it that way best? Maybe instead of asking for new things for yourself you can give the talk another go by asking her what she wants and how she likes it. If there's new/other things she would like you to do to pleasure her. This may also be things that have nothing to do with sex, mind you.

After that you'll have something to 'trade' but if you do this well you will probably not even have to resort to that. Most women are natural givers and certainly if they get what they want and NEED from a relationship. Sex is so much more than the act itself to a lot of women... make sure she's happy and do your share and take your responsibility in the relationship and it will come back to you in ways that will make YOU happy too (a.k.a. in - or outside - the bedroom).

My BF and I have different favorite positions. We do my favorite until I'm satisfied and then change over. Maybe if you satisfy her in missionary first she'll be willing to shift afterwards for you to be satisfied. As for different places, some people get turned on by the thought of discovery and some people freeze up. I'd say that if took the time to make sure she had two or three good orgasms, she'd be more than willing to try some other positions. I have to agree with M's Girl on the bed thing. Doing it in places besides the bed sounds like fun, but in reality it tends to be uncomfortable physically. If you're talking about around the house or apartment, there might be some leeway there but why not just go where it's the most comfortable. The bed. I know for me I have to be really turned on for doggie style. If it has been a quickie out of necessity for time, forget it. If we have played for a couple of hours, I love it.

Is it possible it may have been uncomfortable for her at some point in a different position. Have you tried a different position at some time and noticed she was hesitant or not really into it?

Missionary is safe. It seldom hurts because penetration is limited. Doggie style is a much deeper penetration. It can be painful if she is not really turned on with a lot of foreplay. Maybe she is preferring missionary out of fear of telling you it is painful.
