Just a couple things I thought to add to what has already been said.

Something to remember is that a vagina has no nerves past the first third until you hit the cervix, which is painful for most women, though some find it pleasurable. This is why we tend to describe it as feeling full, and why the anal idea was mentioned. This is also why a lot of women don't particularly like it when a guy's too long.

I should also mention that orgasms can feel different depending on the stimulation.
