Okay, so all of you "regulars" have noticed there are quite a few newbies...and we're not talking trolls. Newbies who are actually serious about giving out their advice and support, who really do have something to say. This little how-to board has suddenly exploded with them, and this is a GOOD thing.

So, in borrowing a ploy from the wicked General Board, let's try this: A spotlight on those "newbies" who are quickly becoming a "regulars".

Y'all introduce yourselves! And answer some questions so we can get to know you a bit better. "Oldies" can answer to, as long as somebody posts new questions every so often. Fair enough? Okay. So...

Just a boring day and some general web surfing, 3 hours later I am reading some of the best stories I have ever seen.

I am a drummer and have been playing for 13 years. I have done a good bit of studio work here in Atlanta and in Nashville. I also love to cook and I am attending culinary school.

I helped carry the Olympic torch to the top of Stone Mountain in 1996.

Relay for Life - American Cancer Foundation. I have lost an uncle to brain cancer in 1998. He was a great influence on my life. I even named my son after him

6. What do you drive?
1997 Pontiac Sunfire

7. Describe your favorite place in the whole world.
Orlando Flordia. How can you go there and not be happy!

8. What is your most wonderful accomplishment?
Thats easy. Being a father and seeing my influience on my son.

9. Where did you come up with your Lit name?
its my initials and the year I graduated

I was looking for erotica and found it here. I didn't notice the forum at first, but after a few months, I stumbled upon it ... and the rest is history.

Hmmmmm, let's see. Besides sex? I am a huge fan of dirt bike racing and cycling. I love to go to the movies, read books and try new recipes. My batting average on recipes is about 300. Hehe.

I drive a 2002 Honda Accord SE.

On the dirt ... before the masses get there. When you see riders and their mechanics working on their bikes, dialing in the track. The smell of premix gets me going ... the roar of the motorcycles ... and the men that love to race them. I wouldn't mind doing race support for any of the big four manufacturers and having to travel to ALL the races. Boy, life would be tough!

8. What is your most wonderful accomplishment?

Walking away from a man whom I considered my soulmate. Due to circumstances, we cannot be together, despite how we felt about each other. It was the hardest thing I've ever had to do and the lessons I learned from the journey is invaluable to who I am today.

LOL! This is an interesting question.

SX = stands for supercross. It is dirt bike racing indoors, in an arena as opposed to outdoors.
CR = initials of a nickname that is special to me.
girl = well, that's self explanatory, isn't it?

I've been told that they thought it meant: "sexier" girl. Well, now you know it doesn't mean that!

Not really weird, but it's my tiny claim to fame! Back in highschool, I made it in the state-by-state listing of the sports section of the USA Today newspaper for an outstanding basketball game I played. 18 offensive rebounds, 19 defensive rebounds and 32 points.

5. What is your favorite charitable cause? Why?
I donate a lot of time & money to our local youth sports programs. I firmly believe that if kids are kept busy in positive activities, they tend to steer clear of the negative. It worked with my kids.

6. What do you drive?
'94 2-door GMC Yukon. I love it and keep sinking more and more money into it for repairs instead of getting a new one.

7. Describe your favorite place in the whole world.
Beale Street in Memphis, Tennessee.

8. What is your most wonderful accomplishment?
12 years ago, when I was 26, I married a man with 4 kids, ages at the time were 10, 9, 8, & 6. Since their bio. mom hadn't been in the picture for years, it was a big responsibility for me to take on. My kids have since grown to be responsible, respectable young adults. I feel that is a wonderful, personal accomplishment.

9. Where did you come up with your Lit name?
Cause according to the dictionary, the word "Delicacy" means something pleasing to eat that is considered rare or luxurious.

Point Lobos, a beautiful, windsewpt coastal park in Montery, California. The Cyprus trees are amazing there and otters and seals are often seen in the water.

Artemisia Gentileschi, one of the most couragous and incredible woman to ever grace the art world. She's been something of an inspiration to me for some time.

Not exactly a newbie either (though it has been less than a year that I've been a member), but I thought this might be fun.

I came for the stories and then discovered the discussion boards and all the accumulated wisdom here. Then I found the community. It's now my second home

Aside from reading, which is more like an addiction than a hobby, I like to work with wood, building small items like clocks. I also play a very agricultural version of golf.

I have many. One favorite is from Romeo and Juliet: "O speak again, bright angel," not because it says anything brilliant in and of itself but because it is an appeal to a lover just discovered.

Many people can toss a grape in the air and catch it in their mouths. I once caught several in a row tossed from the top floor of my dormitory while I was standing on the lawn below.

A local school that is struggling to keep up with increasing costs and an increasingly impoverished home neighborhood.

Aside from driving my family crazy with horribly bad puns, I get from point A to point B in an older Infiniti.

The state of Maine is prettier than any other state in the Union and has lobster as well. You can't beat it.

Yeah its a French Licence made Willys MB Jeep, does 20 MPG at 60 MPH max has no heater, no power steering, no airbags or belts. It does have lots of rattles draughts and bugs (squashed on your face type with the screen down).

I use the wifes Honda if I have any serious journeys to undertake!
