I'm extremely dubious about zinc and potassium. Take a multivitamin if you want to try, should have everything that has any shot of helping, and in safe doses. I'm generally not convinced by anecdotes either - even if you tried it and think it worked, it's not like it's a double-blinded experiment, there are loads of biases that creep in. I suspect a lot of it is probably related to taking care of your general health e.g. blood pressure, cholesterol, reducing stimulants like caffeine, that sort of thing.
Bear in mind that most of the volume of ejaculate is made (and stored) in the prostate gland, so that's the part of your anatomy to focus on if you're wanting more volume. It's only the sperm cells (less than 1% of the volume of a load) that come from the testicles, so if you've been stroking those hoping more will come out, you're probably not doing much (beyond the general nice feeling).
I have no idea if massaging your prostate (you can do it through the perineum if you don't want to stick things in your bum) will actually do anything for volume, but it might be worth a shot (so to speak). There are two ways this might help - general stimulation of your prostate over time might cause it to hold more, and pressure at the point of orgasm might cause it to empty more fully. I've also heard people say that pulling down on their balls as they come can cause them to produce bigger loads - again, cum doesn't really come from your balls, so it's probably more about changing the way your muscles contract. In the same vein, you might even want to try wearing a butt plug during sex, since the extra pressure on your prostate might help squeeze a bit more out.
Sadly, I really think the only thing that's going to help is allowing time for the well to refill. You definitely can hurry things along a bit with edging - you probably don't have to walk right up to the line and ruin an orgasm for it to count, but getting yourself regularly worked up so much that you might come "soon" before stopping is probably enough. Try doing that as an exercise a few times throughout the day, see how it helps when you get to the point.
