Hey, I think the OP asked a reasonable question. Unfortunately, there are no simple answers. But that won't stop me from trying.

It depends where you live. I think you mentioned Europe? That still covers a lot of territory. I live in the US, in a large city. There are well known "cougar bars" here where you can meet the exact type of women you are looking for. Yes, some are unattractive, some are hot, many are in-between. Just like in any bar.

The trick is finding those bars. There are probably on-line reviewing sites that cover your area. Around here, it's called Yelp. A simple search turns up the local cougar bars. If Yelp doesn't exist in your area, there is probably something similar. Or Google "cougar bars <my town>" will probably give you a good start.

I am going to attempt to answer the OP's original question.

First, in your attempt to start up a relationship with a woman ten or more years older than you stop using terms like MILF or cougar. There are women who seek out younger men exclusively but most don't consider themselves "cougars" and their main attraction to younger men isn't the sex.
