How do I perform a strip tease?

Hello,

I am going to visit my boyfriend in a month and I would really like to be able to perform a personal strip show for him. But I'm pretty shy and don't know how. We plan to go to a strip club when I visit, but I kinda want to have ideas before I go.

Can anyone give me ideas? Or maybe someone knows of a good place where I can watch a video clip of some strippers or something?

Why not rent or buy Carmen Electra's striptease aerobic workout tape? It's pretty good, it's made to drop a few pounds, plus learn a sexy routine in the process. Also, Sheila Kelley has a book and several videos that are similar called the S Factor: Strip Workouts for Every Woman. Apparently, she watched a lot of strippers while reviewing for a movie character and eventually formed exercise classes that spawned books and videos. You can order from her website or sometimes you can find stuff on ebay. Hope this helps. What a lucky BF you have.

Demi Moore starred in a movie about a single mother who took up stripping to pay the bills -- I think the name is Stripper

I have never seen it, but the reviews seem to suggest that the movie is a good representation of the art of stripping.

The movie Gypsy, about the life of Gypsy Rose Lee, is also reputed to be a good movie about stripping.

You could also google for some famous strippers -- I know there are some clips online of GRL, "Little Egypt," and others.

The Demi Moore movie was called Striptease.

If you want to copy movies, there's also Dancing at the Blue Iguana, and Darryl Hannah's accompanying documentary, called, I think, Stripped.

The movie is actually Striptease I think, but as long as your willing to do this , might as well go all out. Somewhere on the net, I acquired burlesque type stripping music. Kind of like the old movie scenes where the music starts and she just appears. That might help and set the mood for you.
