ok... so i got this shirt from express a couple months ago, and i was going to wear it tonight, i have these little silicone things that stick on my nipples so i don't nip, but i can't figure out the best way to get some good cleavage. i have double sided tape, but it doesn't seem to be sticking very well to the fabric. i don't have any girlfriends, so i've come here for suggestions... thanks!

What about a self bra? Basically the same thing but I think it will do more of what you want? Whats your cup size?

I'd get a padded, properly fitting bra that will hide the nipples push up and in to create cleavage. Macy's or any dept. store that has a good lingerie section and staff who know how to fit properly, Victoria's Secret, etc., are your best options for that.

I don't know what these silicone nipple things are, so I can't help you there.

well, the back goes just below the brastrap and it has two spaghetti straps, so no matter what, i can only have support that is actually on my boobs... i just remembered i have this nu-bra thingie... i'm not sure if i have the adhesive for it though and tape doesn't work on that eaither... i'll probably have to go with a different top though... damnit! i'm such a girl... i've gone through almost my entire wardrobe... and i can't find anything and i have tons of clothes! bullshit... all my cute clothes are better for cooler seasons

I'll have to look at the Nu-bra again, but as I recall it affixes itself to the other pad with a hook type thing.

For future reference, next time you find a great slinky little top or dress, make sure it has built in support, then you can shorten the straps to create a nice lift. ;)

Yeah, and be thankful you don't have big boobs. I always have great cleavage, but have yet to find a slinky top with enough support for the girls. At least they're fun to play with and fuck.

Two healthy, reliable gremlins can handle this...no problem.

Some girls fight for cleavage...SE I am in the same boat as you...we get it simply by breathing.

I do have big boobs actually, I've helped friends get cleavage and saw a commercial on those Nu-bra's. ;)

make sure you keep those things clean when you are through, else you will ruin them quick

the downside to the nubra... i think my boobs have a much better natural shape, which is what i was goin for. i have pretty big boobs for my petite body, i weigh something like 95 lbs. (i'm not anorexic, i eat ALL the time, my bf has gained like 30 lbs since we started dating because he tries to keep up with my eating habits and fast metabolism... anywho) 5'2" and they were a 34B, but they have grown ALOT lateley due to a new bc pill, and may even be C's now. they feel so big on my tiny body, i look at girls with alot bigger bodies, and i'm like, 'damn, i have bigger boobs than her!' it's wierd...

Well heck, go for the plunging tops then, you have quite enough to get a nice cleavage going bra or not.

Though still look for the built in support on everything, I think they even do it with bikini's anymore.

My comment was more of an addendum to your quote, not something directed at you. :)

Rosebud, it sounds like you may need to relax a little and just go with whatever works best out of the options available to you. Whatever you choose will be fine, and hopefully you'll be having so much fun that minute details of your appearance won't matter (i.e. we're the only ones who notice inconsequential stuff like this).

Gaffer tape can work in emercencies.

How about clear straps on the bra? When I was in victorias secret last they had some cotvertible push up bras with clear straps.

I'd suggest an underwire strapless bra for slink and lift, but without seeing the shirt, it will be difficult to be more specific.

I have a question, why do women do things like this " i have these little silicone things that stick on my nipples so i don't nip"? Most of us men like to see a little nipple poking under a shirt or blouse.

Because showing a lot of nipple, having your tits/ass/pussy/etc. hanging out for all the world to see is generally considered in very poor taste and slutty in our society.

For example, when if I see a woman who's obviously braless, in very skimpy clothing, or a man in uber-tight clothes or with his asscrack showing in a setting like the grocery store, I wonder what the fuck they're thinking, and they're either stupid or crying out for attention. I'd have the same thoughts if I saw someone walking down the street with a pair of underwear on their head, or doing drugs in public.

In short, societal norms dictate we need to cover certain areas in public if we don't want negative ideas/labels associated with us.

because nipping is trashy, especially with a low cut top. i dunno, my boyfriend says he doesn't care if i nip or whatever, he wants to show my boobs off to his guy friends so they'll be jealous

I think it also depends on the setting. To me wearing a slinky low cut top with lots of nipple showing at the grocery store probably isn't appropriate, no matter how much fun it makes the frozen food aisle. Out at the club, however, that's not really a bad thing. Hell, I'll admit it, I find it very sexy. Still, it's to each their own and what YOU are comfortable with.

OH and just for the record, with your attitude that I have seen on the boards here, don't worry about what kind of bra you wear. You're going to be sexy no matter what. ;)

Very true, even if you are completely trashy looking or weights more than shamu

His guy friends want breasts of their own? Not uncommon but definitely something that goes deeper psychologically. I hope they are seeking counseling.

That's what I thought, but I just wanted to "play the devil's advocate" and ask your opinions.

I do go without a bra often and its not to get attention and I certainly don't consider myself intellectually deficient. I don't like bras- never have. If I can get away without one I will. Certainly I wear one at work or when I jog, but to the grocery store on a Sunday- most often no. If my nipples become erect that is a natural body reaction to wind, cold, abrasion, etc. and in my mind nothing to be ashamed of out of fear of looking trashy. It's nature pure and simple, and an expression of my comfort with my body without restriction and not a lure for attention.

Nevertheless, it is appreciated.
