Yeppers, that's me, but I've got some work to do on that itty, bitty, grainy AV. I've had resizing issues. Anyway, somebody on the GB's gonna' help with me with it whenever I can get it to him.

Your avatar is in PNG format. You might try resizing again from the original using the Resample function and saving/exporting it as a JPeg format image. JPeg pictures have an adjustable compression ratio so it's easier to make them 150x150 and still meet the filesize limit.

Like I said earlier, enlarging an image is harder than shrinking one. but the attached JPeG version should do until you can shrink one down from the original.

Edited to remove attachment and save Lit some server space.
