Beautiful stuff, Seena, I love that tradition. Also the Jewish maqam concert. I'm downloading them to get a proper audition later cause I don’t have a good internet connection where I am and it stops all the time, but I'm enjoying thoroughly what I've heard so far. Thanks!

The poem is her composition. She sang to tunes that I presume are of her own making. So I meant bardic in the sense of the oral tradition of bards.

Giuseppe Antonio Brescianello (ca,1690-1758):Concerto a tre in do minore

The theorbo part is not really audible between harpsichord, violin and bassoon and maybe not needed since this is a work a tre. I suspect that Bressianello had in mind cello rather than bassoon for the bass part.
Lovely work with perfect baroque grammar though!

Just a very old song for the Jacobite cause or perhaps Scottish independence in general. ( I don’t express any political view by this choice, I just like the music).
Sang a cappella by this group and then theme worked out on strings.
Superbly done in my opinion.
