Gained 5 kilos in fat and muscle from my crohns's lowest low (about 3 months ago). 4 months ago, it took me an hour to hang out a basket of washing. I shed manly tears but fucked if I was going to give up.
Now I'm exercising every day after work and taking care of the diet. Even if its a 14 hour day - then I just do 15minute walk and a little bodyweight exercise. 'Off days' are 15 minutes meditating and 15 stretching.
My calendar is covered in little crosses for every day I've exercised. 120 in a row.

Great, thanks MWY. Now I've got the Benny Hill "chase" music stuck in my head![]()
Well, color me stupid.
I was referring to a completely different exercise, not a lateral pulldown.
What are Barbell pullovers for $100, Alex? What are you referring to then?![]()

I keep trying something else every time.I have always found that one uncomfortable. I just do other stuff instead. Have you tried using a dumbbell instead of a barbell? Sometimes that helps.

I preferred dumbbell pullovers too. With my little girly 15 pounders.
I've losing motivation. It'll come back, but I'd prefer it come back a bit sooner. What do You do to pull yourself back in line when your verve wanes?

Damn!I change up the routine. Go do something different, challenging, kooky, whatever.
Routine is the vibe killer.
Damn!
I don't gym without a routine.
But, see, that works for me. I know what I have to do, I try to keep it consistent, I work out and I'm done. I don't waste time trying to figure out what to do next, etc.Routine is great until it's not.
Gotta break free sometimes.

Ummm...it's better than watching TV.![]()
In my life it's great exercise. I usually have to chase them for two or three miles before they give in.

Say I found a piece of equipment online. Brand new, came out the this year, top of the line, bla bla bla. So say I find it listed for almost 50% off. The listing says its cheaper even then the previous 2009 model.
Should I order now and laugh all the way to the bank. Or should I avoid the horrendous mix up where I have to waste my time trying to get a refund for the wrong stuff they sent me.
