I think I screwed up posting part 2

I wrote part 1 of a story: Why Did I Let Her Talk Me Into This, and afterwards decided I wanted to continue it, so I wrote part 2: Girl Washer. Which I didn't write as a stand alone story, but as a chapter 2 of the first one.

I think I misunderstood how series works, I thought I could just add part 2 to the same series as part 1 and it would connect them together... Only that doesn't seem to have happened and now I can't see the 2nd part on the list of stories I've written on my profile...

ahh, ok. I got that for submission of works, I assumed to ensure nothing against TOS gets posted. Is it the same for adding a work that was already published to an ongoing story?

Yes. For some unknown reason, a new series goes off to an approval process that can take a while. Once it's approved, though, you can load new stories against the series as part of the submission process, and it should join up within a day or two.

Give it a week or two. A new Series goes off into a batch process, from what I've experienced with mine, can take a while (more than a few days).
