Don't use AI.

Yes, I know, you already don't. Unfortunately, nobody knows what specifically in your writing style looks like AI to the scanner.

Not sure what to say anymore. No, I didn't use any tools while writing except noticing the red squiggly underlines in notepad that say a word has been misspelled.

Unfortunately this is the best place to put erotic stories, so I'll just keep trying to resubmit. I know it's textbook insanity but I guess that's my thing now.

lol yeah .. I always do .. old habits.

MS Word would change hyphens to long dashes and my normal quotes into fancy curly quotes and apostrophes, so I stopped using it.

Sure, why not. I also use a plain-text editor rather than a word processor. Mine's a little bit more featureful than Notepad, but it yields the same file format.
