Illusion Vale (OOC)

It's so malevolent... it looks like it's staring right at me--it gives me chills!
(I think I like the other one better--it's easier on the eyes :D )

If you cut 10 pages from your MS, and they really needed to go, then it's no big deal, if it's stuff you know you can do better :D

I know.... it is a freaky picture. What is worse is that if you move it is like its eyes move with you.

It could have been worse. I could have put it on in the middle of the night. That would have chilled any one to the bone.

Yeah, they did need to go. It was getting so.... blah blah blah that I thought. Do I need him to say this.

That is one major big thing that I did with this novel, well hopefully novels. I am doing them all in the first person. Argh!

Aah! Don't tell me that about the eyes! It's freaky enough as it is! :D

First person, huh? You don't seem too happy about it :D
I've read one novel, "The Historian", by Elizabeth Kostova, which was largely told in first person. It was well written, but since the main character and her father were both written in that point of view, I had a hard time distinguishing who was talking when chapters changed sometimes.

Ah well--must get ready for work :D It was nice chatting with you, Angelus--have a great day :)

And I must get to bed as it is rather late/early here

I like the fact that it is in first person. It is just that some of the things I want there I can't have because my main character doesn't know anything about them. It is fun but a little frustrating at times.

Have a great day E. Try to have some fun this day....

Thanks, E. You're a little early, but oh well.

Seeing as how I'm a college student, and still technically a teenager, I have an interest in gifts, so if anyone has the desire to send a monetary gift to me, just PM me. I have a way for such things to get to me quickly and efficently. ;)

(And I'm not being rude about it, I'm just being a greedy little teenage college student :D)

Oh and no obligation either.

Happy birthday Blaster, ya know I was gonna send ya a couple bucks, but damn it, bought beer instead. Just think of it like this, you bought me beer for your birthday.

Looks like I missed alot, again,

wolfsister, glade to see you were back for awhile, hope you get to feeling 100% soon.

I'm fix'n to move to the Orlando area in a few months myself, would be nice to just stay in one place for more then 3 years, I think that is the longest.
it was easier to move when I was single and in the Navy just threw a sea bag on my shoulder and left. good luck on the move E.

I'm goona start working on some word burning of UN's drawings tom, started one, didn't like how it came out so I threw it in the burn barrel.

Thanks, man! I appreciate it :D This is the longest move I've ever done in my life, and we're definately packing light for it! Good luck on your move to Orlando too :rose:

Can't wait to see how the wood burnings come out :)

What the heck? I missed a lot. What's this creepy AV that Angelus has got?

Anyways, how's everyone doing?

Umm, okay...where's everybody? Several people are usually on at this hour, like Angelus, Wolfsister, and a few others. It's the bloody weekend. Why is everyone offline?

prolly exhausted, or out celebrating the end of the workweek. i celebrated by sleepin on the couch in front of the TV until like 20 minutes ago

I'm here... at least I think I am.

blaster and everyone else.... except E, who does not want to see this again. This is the creepy AV she was talking about. Well a larger version of it.

It is only the best thing to do at the end of the week. Pretty much relax because there is nothing much better.

I see, Angelus, why it is creepy: the fellow is butt ugly, has a lazy eye, and needs major dental work. :D

An odd picture indeed Angelus. By the way, how are you and Wolfsister?

We are fairly good at the moment. She is still slightly sick but I am doing better than ever, why is it that you ask?

He is a creepy vampire.... I like what he looks like.

Oh, in case it is the right day Happy Birthday blaster... if not Happy Birthday for tomorrow.

I asked because I was wondering why Wolfsister hasn't posted yet today. It's good to here that she's only slightly sick, not majorly sick.

If you're going by the time here, then yes it is the right day. I believe that there is a seven hour time difference between here and you, so add seven hours to your local time, then you have the time here in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. And thank you. I've already enjoyed one present for my birthday, but I have others coming that must wait for daylight.

Thanks Ren. If I knew any Irish, I would say thank you in it, but the only foreign language that I know is Spanish, so muchas gracias.

Cool... I hope that you have a good day tomorrow.

She had just been working on story lines, where this thread is going and the power of the characters today. She still has aches and pains all over but she is getting better. Hopefully, she will will back tomorrow.

well lads, im going to go to bed, its 4:24 here and my back is killing me. goodnight lads.

Night Ren. I hope that when you wake up tomorrow that your back feels at least a little bit better.

She's getting better? Great! Hope to see her online eventually.

I would like to pose this question to Wolfsister, though, for her to answer if she wants: Have the test results come back? If so, what was the diagnosis?

If she doesn't want to answer, then she doesn't have to. It's her business, her privacy. I respect other people's privacy.

Good night to ya Ren. I bet you'll have a little trouble getting to sleep after that nap of yours.

She hasn't gotten them back yet. The doctor has the results but she doesn't know what is wrong with her yet. Hopefully it's nothing bad.

True. I'm just hoping that when she goes to see the doctor that she doesn't get any bad news.

Everybody hopes that.
